"I make Blueberry Glazed Doughnuts"

Ingredients:

Doughnuts:

1 cup all purpose flour

3/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

1/3  cup of granulated sugar

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 large egg

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Blueberry  Glaze :

1/4 cup frozen blueberries, thawed but not drained

1 1/2 cup icing sugar

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoon milk

Instructions

Doughnuts:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F/180 °C and lightly grease a doughnut pan

2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and sugar

3.  Measure the milk into a small bowl, then stir in lemon juice

4. Place the butter in a small saucepan and melt on medium low-heat. As the butter is melting, it's sizzle and foam; keep swirling the saucepan and keeping an eye on the colour of the butter. It will stop crackling and sizzling and start separating and browning. Once it has medium-gold colour and a  slightly nutty aroma, remove from heat and transfer the brown butter to a small heat-proof dish
