There was a young man who's leg was bleeding so much because his leg was crushed by the car. Kelly was shocked and felt great sympathy.
She figured that might be the person who pushed her.
The paramedics came rushing in to the scene to help the injured person and so did the police officers to investigate the incident.
Kelly was asked with "Are you okay, ma'am?" again.
She couldn't help but still feel guilty for the young man because, after all, she was partially the reason he is in that situation.
