(Chapter 13)
"Oh my Deku's holy tasty blood! It's sooo cute!"
"Cut that crap," Dabi frowned as Toga squealed in excitement and patted mochi gently.
Dabi sneezed and huffed slightly. "Allergies," he muttered and purposely stepped on mochi's tail as he walked past.
"MReOWWW!" mochi hissed and sprinted to Dabi to bite his ankle.
"Nice job," Tomura grinned.
"Morning guys! It's evening! Shut up!" Twice contradicted as he walked into the bar. I was resting on Tomura's chest, and though he didn't mind public display of affection, he was a little stiff.
"Oh, a cat! What's its name?" twice asked eagerly as he bent down to pick mochi up.
"Mochi..." I said.
"Mochi what?" he asked, tilting his head. "You idiot, mochi shigaraki, of course.." he answered himself.
I blushed at his blunt self-statement.
"Nah....we'll share," I laughed awkwardly.
Spinner walked in as soon as the air got tense.
"Yo, wassup?" he rubbed his scaly skin.
Why must they all walk in one by one...I really don't feel like explaining about the cat five times in less than an hour, I thought as I sighed.
"Mochi. It's 3 months old," Toga grinned maniacally and explained before he could ask.
"Mochi? What do you mean? the mochi that shigaraki likes to eat? What a huge mochi, also shouldn't it be expired if it's 3 months?" Spinner asked innocently.
"Um. It's a cat, Spinner," I blinked at him.
He blushed furiously and stalked off, muttering something about eating cats.
I sighed and turned back to my white cat.
"I KNOW! LET'S TAKE A GROUP PICTURE!!!" Toga screamed, making the cat and us flinch.
"Wha-"
Before anyone could protest, Toga stole Tomura's phone and snapped a picture.
He grunted in annoyance as he retrieved his phone from the psychotic girl.
"Ooh, are you gonna set it as your wallpaper?"
He rolled his eyes and turned on his phone.
"No."
Tomura stared at his wallpaper, feeling a small smile form on his lips. Why would he set a picture of the whole LOV together as a wallpaper, when he's already got him and the love of his life as one? He didn't need the rest bombarding his phone screen.
I smiled and peeked at Tomura's hunched figure, looking at his phone too.
"Aww, what a heartthrob," I mumbled as I planted a soft kiss on his neck, right on a gigantic scar which had just managed to form a scab.
"Hey," Tomura spoke up suddenly.
"Huh?"
"Let's...play a game together," he mumbled quickly, blushing as he fumbled with his pockets and put the hand on his face.
"Sure?" I tilted my head and followed him into his room.
Though I've been in Tomura's room many times, it was quite different today. It had ominous looking LED lights decorating the wall, his bed was surprisingly clean, and the room had no trash or junk or wrappers whatsoever. Just the computer was turned on and the keyboard was omitting rainbow neon lights, blinding my eyes as I approached it.
"Oh, wow," I breathed. Averting my gaze from a shy Tomura, I settled my gaze on his new Nintendo, one console resting on the right side and the other resting on the left.
I pushed a huge gaming chair out of the way as I stared curiously at the game shown.
"Would you like competitive ones, or something soothing like Animal Crossing?" Tomura asked as he hugged me from behind.
"Soothing?" I barked out a laugh. "Dude, Animal Crossing has increased my stress x10 when I couldn't get a cherry."
"Up for FIFA, then?" Tomura whispered into my ear and I shuddered.
"First, did you put on chapstick and lotion? You feel crustier than usual," I stated bluntly as I brushed my neck.
The look of hurt on his face was real.
"Of course I did," he sniffed, his eyes filled with tears as he was about to break down and cry.
"I'm kidding, I'm kidding, relax bae," I rushed forward and kissed him gently. "I'm worried you're gonna suffer from a skin disease, that's all. I'm not like the other humans," I assured him as I patted his soft blue hair.
"I know...it's just, sometimes, I feel like...I'm just fucking useless to you...I don't even know what to do, I was in a daze ever since I lay my eyes on you two years ago," he said through tiny sobs.
Honestly, people think he looks like an annoying jerk who ships people nonsensically in class, the irritating ugly type, sort of like Mineta. But he isn't like that at all. In fact, what he displays outside doesn't match his inside soft self. His wrinkles seem to disappear when we're alone. His menacing, scrutinising eyes lose their intense glare as it turns into a loving one, pupils becoming bigger by at least two times, and his smile becoming more genuine and adorable.
It's really like some of the cute fanarts displayed on Google in our real life, really.
He sniffed as he scrunched up his nose. "I'm sorry I'm not good enough for you," he mumbled. "I'm ugly, hated, loathed, detested, despised, vengeful, full of hurt and I have daddy, mommy, sissy and doggy issues. I can't be the best boyfriend but I could certainly be the worst, if you judge based on social status and not the amount of love given.."
I didn't want to hear his heartbreaking words anymore and I silenced him with a kiss.
"Don't say that," I whispered, "Then what's the point of love? Social status? Ha! Social status my ass! That doesn't matter to me at all, also your villainous status is top three, what more could I ask for if I have a villain boyfriend? I just love the way you are, okay?"
Tomura just nodded.
I used an index finger to lift his chin up to make him face me. "Do you know that I love you fully with all my whole heart, To-Tenko Shimura?"
He blushed furiously and nodded, more eager and confident this time. "I know, and so do I."
"Good, cause I was thinking your Nintendo Switch battery was gonna die anytime soon," I snickered.
"Oh my motherfucking crusty ass! I forgot!" he exclaimed and I burst out laughing at his statement.
"Calm down," I giggled as he took a seat in his gaming chair.
"Where do I sit, Tenko?" I asked.
"What do you mean, 'where do I sit'?" he mimicked my tone. "My lap, of course."
Before I could say another word, he spun around in his chair and pulled me onto his lap. I smiled at how cute he was being and picked up the blue controller.
"Your second favourite colour, apart from black, is red, right?" I asked as I held the red one up.
"Yep," he said.
"Have this, let's go. I'm picking Manchester, I won't go easy on you," I grinned before choosing that team, true to my words.
The pale LED lights reflected on Tomura's face as he smiled tentatively. "I'll go with PSG then."
His shy smile transformed into a confident one as our match started, and he kicked off with a goal.
"That's my Tomu," I whispered to myself before scoring twice in a row, quickly regretting what I said as whines were heard.
"Urgh, nevermind."
