Deals a Deal

'Very well... You have won Azul" He grinned.

'And I will keep to my word. As soon as everyone leaves I will release the students. However you will stay on as all their replacements and do as We say" I nodded, I refused to Pout or Mope. I had made a Deal. even if it was a Shady deal and I would Own up to it.

"I understand" He grinned and put a hand to his cheek.

'Their so cute when their Obedient like that" I felt my face flush and snapped my head at Floyd who grinned widely. Jade nodded from where he stood behind Azul.

"I am Inclined to agree. Though It is rather endearing when they were Fighting back and believing their Friends would help" Jade grinned slyly. I felt my shoulders tremble in anger. Azul put a hand to his mouth covering it as he smirked widely.

"Now Gentleman, It's not their Fault. They are Just Naïve to the world around them. It is our Job to Kindly Protect them from the Cruel world around them from now on. After all. Is it not a Prefect's Job to look after their Charges" I couldn't stop my self from Tensing at that. That was right... Now because I was technically no longer a Prefect I was just a student at Ramshackle. Azul was my Prefect. Now my HouseWarden. 

"You are Correct Azul. How could we have Poked fun at them when they are just to Naïve for the world around them" I felt a hand run across my shoulders and jumped refusing to look up at the Shadow I know was Jade.

"Yeah, I guess Shrimpy shouldn't be Teased to much. They didn't know. Poor little Shrimpy left beached and to Dry. No worries though. We got you now" I hadn't even noticed when Floyd had gotten up and moved to lean next to Azul who grinned at us. 

"Agreed, We will Make sure no one takes advantage of you again. Consider it a Consultation Prize for being so Good as of Late. Though I had been hearing the oddest of things... Isn't that right Jade" Jade nodded before let go of my shoulder and walked behind the Bar. He returned soon after with some Drinks setting them down at the Table. 

"What kind of things?" I asked not really wanting to acknowledge how they were all acting.  This wasn't just Intimidating... It was Creepy feeling.

"Nothing to Important at the Moment. The situation was handled before anything Bad could happen. For now I believe we can all have a drink and Celebrate a New Member of Octavinelle" He picked up his drink and pointed his eyes at what I assumed was probably mine. I took the Drink and he smiled. Floyd and Jade took theirs and held them up.

'Cheers, To a new Beginning" I sighed and nodded.

"Cheers" I said. Everyone took a drink. I sipped mine. It was really sweet. I wasn't normally the biggest fan of sweet. I preferred Savory treats and bitter Drinks. However I drank it a little before setting it down.

I didn't remember falling asleep. The last thing I remembered was Sitting and having a Drink with Azul and the Twins. The next I was waking up in a larger bed then I had probably ever slept in. In a large room. The sun was up and it was probably mid day. I sat up quickly and Immediately regretted it. My head started to Throb slightly. I curled up and took a breath only to look up at a the sound of the door opening. Azul walked in along with the Twins. He gave a soft smile to me and walked over sitting on the side of the bed.

'How do you feel?" He asked. I sighed as his hand touched the top of my head. It was cool.

"Like what someone once told me a Hangover felt like" I said. He pulled the cool hand away making swallow a whine back. 

"Poor thing, I already Informed your Teachers you would be absent. They are allowing it to slide as it's the last day before Winter Break anyway. I believe you might have gotten a bit sick last night. Try to get some rest I will see about some Soup for you" He said. Jade nodded and smiled at me.
