𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗜𝗖 𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗢: these two met during an award show where they were seated next to each other. iu wanted to ask hyerin if she could possibly produce a song for her because she loved the work she had done for other k-artists. even though iu was the senior out of the two, she was nervous and shy to ask her until she finally mustered up the courage to do so. they became close shortly after when hyerin would go over to iu's company building and help with the song.

𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗 𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗢: during a variety show he was invited to sometime in early 2019, seojun had stated how hyerin had many qualities he considered as his ideal type and how he was a bit of a fanboy with her music and concepts. this time, later on in that same year, they were both invited to the same variety show and seojun was nothing but absolutely flustered.

𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣: the idol and the fanboy

𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗜𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦:
── everyone finding it funny how people are typically the ones fangirling over seojun but this time it was him fanboying over someone else.
── seojun shyly asking for a picture with her during the variety show.
── hyerin laughing her ass off on stage during a concert one time when she found out he was attending said concert.

𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗 𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗢: these two met when hyerin was a guest on jessi's host show, and they immediately became a hot mess together. the show was filled with innuendos, loud laughter. and twerking, which gave the media a culture shock but also made them laugh their asses of. during the show jessi talked about how much she respected hyerin and her journey, and they immediately developed a mother-daughter like relationship.
