You and Wanda were sitting on her bed, watching her favorites Sitcom. "This is the Dick Van Dyke Show, isn't it?" you asked. "It is, how'd you know?" she asked with slight curiosity.

"I used to watch it with my family" you said, smiling at the thought, "I did too". You both say in silence, "Wanda, I wish to know what you are feeling after all this." you said. "Well I know you are feeling grief and sadness but, maybe telling me about it may help you feel, comfort."

"How do you think talking about it would bring me comfort?" she said with a slight irritation in her voice. You gave her an apologetic look, but didn't say anything.

"I'm sorry" she said while looking down, "I'm just so tired" she said with a humorless chuckle. You looked at her, concern was present in your eyes.

She put her hand on her chin, "It's like this wave washing over me again and again. It knocks me down, and when I try to stand up...it just comes for me again".

You were shocked, (the woman was too stunned to speak, sorry) you knew she felt grief because of Pietro's death but you never thought she'd feel like this. "It's gonna drown me""No" you said immediately, "yeah" she responded almost breathlessly.

You wrapped your arms around her tightly. You felt her tense at the sudden affection, but she soon started to relax and release her emotions. Her face scrunched up into a sorrowful expression.

She started sobbing, the sound was heartbreaking to hear. You continued to hold her, whispering comforting words to her.

"I-I miss him so much""I know you do, but you'll get through it, we'll get through it"
