Chapter 13

Everyone gathered back at the police station. "Nothing?" Aaron asked. "Nothing that the detectives didn't already find." Said Emily. Aaron got out his phone and called Penelope. "Hi! Okay, so I typed in male students that might've had anger issues or caused violence and that narrowed it down to two students, Daniel Baker and Ben Wichman. Daniel was known to cause a lot of violence in high school no matter how big or small. Ben's violence wasn't as constant as Daniels but still it says here that Ben once threw a chair because his teacher gave him a detention for being of noxious towards the other students while they were working." "Garcia, we're going to need both Ben Wichman and Daniel Baker's addresses." "Already done." "Thanks."

"Okay, Morgan and Reid, I want you guys to go to Ben Wichman's house and see if he's there. Emily and JJ, I want you guys to go to Daniel Baker's house." Everyone nodded and left.

JJ and Emily arrived at Daniel Baker's house and knocked on the door. JJ turned the door knob. "It's unlocked." JJ whispered. "Daniel Baker, FBI!" Emily yelled. JJ and Emily split up, Emily covered the bottom floor and JJ covered the top. "Clear!" They both yelled. "Where do you think he could be?" JJ asked. "I don't know?" Emily got out her phone and called Aaron. "Hotchner." Aaron answered. "Hey Hotch, Daniel Baker isn't here." "Okay, come back to the station." "Alright."

"Ben Wichman, FBI!" Derek yelled then kicked open the door. Spencer headed upstairs with his gun pointed straight ahead. "Clear." Spencer yelled. Derek was searching downstairs and right when he was going to yell clear he saw a shadow go across the wall in the living room. Derek walked in the direction the shadow went then suddenly heard the back door open. "Reid!" Derek yelled. Spencer ran downstairs and followed Derek out the back door.

JJ and Emily arrived back at the station. "Guess what?" Said JJ. "What?" Emily asked. "Reid likes Emma!" JJ said with a smile. "Really? No way!" Emily said in a sarcastic voice. "You know?" JJ asked with a confused look. "Well yeah, I mean it's not that hard to tell." "Yeah, I guess you're right."

Derek continued to follow Ben into the woods. "Ben Wichman, FBI!" Derek yelled again. Spencer ran in the opposite direction hoping to run into Ben. "Help!" Spencer heard a women cry out. "Hello?" Spencer yelled. "Help! Help me!" The women cried. Spencer went towards the voice and found Ben with his arm around the women's torso and a knife up to her neck. "Help!" The women cried again. "Ben, I need you to put the knife down and let her go." Spencer said. "No!" Ben yelled. "Please, I don't want to hurt you." "Shoot me!" Ben yelled. "I don't want to hurt you. Please put the knife down and let the women go." Spencer repeated. Suddenly Derek heard two loud gunshots. "Reid? Reid!" Derek yelled and run toward the noise.
