Option two: when Tommy is an orphan and is running away from the orphanage, he finds a place to stay or so he thought. The serial killers known as Sleepy Bois Inc, the ghosts find Tommy and decided that He would be good company.
Option three: the SBI and Tommy decided to go on a picnic! :D
