chapter 2

Jacob's apartment:

-Goooooood morniiiiiing people, it's time to get up!!-Xolo shouted hysterically to his roommates. —You don't want to be late to work today, this would be our third warning this week, and it's only Thursday.

Jacob hided his face in the pillow, he was tired as hell, him and  his friends stayed talking all night about the new season of Cobra Kai. They were excited cause this new season was going to be released in the big red platform, Netflix. So they went to sleep really late, Jacob couldn't understand how Xolo had all this energy this soon in the morning. 

After a while, the three of them were in the kitchen having breakfast in silence. Joe was remarkably tired as well. The only one that was trying to bring up a conversation was Xolo, but noticing that his friends weren't helping, he eventually stopped talking.

After a cup of coffee, Jacob felt like an actually alive person that could put two words together, so he started preparing for leaving to set. What Xolo had screamed before was totally right, they were usually late and John was starting to get mad at them, and that wasn't something really nice to experience.

-Come on, we should be in the car already-Joe said, looking how Xolo was putting perfume all over himself, making the other two desperate. -You are going to finish the bottle, just leave it, nobody cares how you smell, trust me.

-He's not gonna stop. He knows that today Hanna is coming to film, and he wants to be ready for the occasion -Said Jacob playfully.

-Oh shut up, I just don't wanna smell like tiger, like you two right now -Xolo answered while taking the keys and closing the front door behind the three friends. -And besides, you know that we have broken up, so the perfume has nothing to do with her, not at all.

-Sure, whatever.  Which care are we taking?

They arrived on set at 9:15, quite punctual for being them, they ran to the makeup trailer when they found other cast mates.

-But look who is here, on time for the first time this week -Tanner said, greeting them.

In that room were: Tanner, Mary, Gianni, Selah and Owen. And of course the three new incorporation to the small group.

-Where are all the others? -Jacob asked, wondering where was Peyton at the moment, they hadn't talked since yesterday, and he wanted to know how was being the adaptation to Atlanta. Besides, today was their first day training together.

-All the others you say, I bet you could be more concrete about that- Xolo whispered so the only people who were able to hear were Jacob and Joe, the last one smiling at the comment.

-I think the girls are showing Peyton all the installations that she didn't see yesterday, about the others, they must be in their own trailers waiting for being called -Said Mary while being made up. -And by the way Jacob, I heard that Peyton and you are kinda friends, right?

-Ehh, yes, we know each other for years. Why are you asking?

-I just wanted to say that she is really nice, I'm looking forward to our scenes together. And that I'm up for the bet, I say he falls for her in three months.

-Wait what? What bet are you talking about? -Jacob said while looking at his best friend. -Xolo, what bet is she talking about?

-Uhh, nothing you have to be worried about. I have to go now, see you around, bye. -Xolo ran through the trailer to the door as fast as his legs could let him. Before Jacob could react, he was already gone, and so was Joe.

Jacob didn't pay any more attention to that, and he went to shoot his first scenes of the day.
