She was nervous as hell. It was her first day of shooting, and she had no idea of karate. She felt lucky that her first scene wasn't a fighting one, in fact, she had to shoot just with Nichole, the actress that played Aisha. But now she was just preparing and getting her makeup done.

Peyton went over her lines for the last time before leaving the trailer. Walking to the setup for her first scene, she saw her costar Nichole. She was the first one to approach the other. Nichole was the first actor of the series she was going to talk, besides Jacob of course, and she was kinda worried about it.

—Hi, I'm Nichole, the one who plays Aisha. You must be Peyton, right?
—Yes, nice to meet you.
—Nice to meet you too, come here I'll show you the path to the recording set, at first you maybe get a bit lost, but later it gets easy-Nichole said while linking hers and Peyton's arm together.

Peyton was surprised but the action, but followed her anyway, besides, she couldn't  do anything else but let her carry her.

While walking, they started talking about Peyton's audition and how she was just advised two weeks earlier. They were comfortable, which made Peyton relax a bit of the previous tension she was in, everything was going to be alright.

Once they arrived, all the camera's team greeted the newest addition to the cast and the director explained some things to the young actresses. The scene wasn't long, so in thirty minutes they already ended it. Nichole gave a quick hug to Peyton to congratulate her for entering the team, she knew that they were gonna get along.

After this shot, John, the director, went to talk to Peyton.

—Hi Peyton, great job in your first scene. I'm sorry we didn't advise you with more time that you got the role. But don't worry, cause this week we don't have many scenes to film, so you can train all the time you think it's needed.
—Don't worry about it, I actually gonna practice the choreo of today  a bit with my  stunt, to be more  prepared for the next scene. — Said Peyton that was rooting to go training before her first fighting scene that she had with a guy named Xolo.
—Of course, then go ahead, in an hour, more or less, the team is gonna call you to go to set for that scene, you'll see that it's gonna be great.
—I hope so- Peyton said with a grin in the face, she really had hope on it.

Just after, she went to the training room, where she had  planned to meet with her stunt.

While she was training Jacob, Xolo and Gianni were in the first one trailer, talking over some stupid things, but the three of them were kinda distracted from the conversation.

—When we have to go to shoot again? I'm starving, I wanna go home- Xolo complained to his friends
—I don't know, but if I was you I wouldn't eat anything, the new girl has to beat your ass in the next scene-Gianni said teasing him.
Xolo throw a ball of paper to Gianni's face while laughing a bit of his comment.
—By the way Jacob, I heard that she has already shot her first scene with Nichole- Xolo said, knowing he would appreciate the information.
—Really? Have you seen her in set?
—No really, but I talked with John earlier, and he told that she was training with her stunt
—Wait, I think I'm a bit lost-Said Gianni confused
—We are talking about Peyton, the new incorporation, the one that has to kick my ass later-Answered Xolo explaining it.
—Yes, we have been friends for a long time now-Ended explaining Jacob
—That's cool, she seems nice, she's the one that was in Jessie, everyone loves her.

They continued talking about other things, but all of Jacob's thoughts were already on how must be Peyton feeling, if she was nervous or just relaxed. He wanted to talk with her, but he knew that he had to let her train without interrupt her.  Anyway, they were gonna see each other soon.

As the time passed, the three friends were called to go filming their last scene of the day. Once they arrived to the dojo they realized that they were the only one's left of all the team, in fact, even Peyton was there.

Once Jacob saw her, he immediately smiled, he had missed her more that he thought. So he walked to her.

—Hello stranger-Said Jacob with a British accent that knew she loved.
—Oh my god, you are that guy from The Swap? I can't believe I'm meeting my best idol-Said as a joke while giving him one of her best smiles.

Jacob wrapped his arms around her waist as she wrapped hers around his neck. They were in this comfortable hug for a while, until Xolo coughed noisily.

—Em, em. I'm sorry to interrupt your little moment, Jacob, but I actually wanted to introduce myself to my new love interest in the show. Nice to meet you, I'm Xolo, the hottest guy from all Valley.
As Peyton introduced herself to Xolo and some other cast members, Jacob thought of Xolo's comment, were they actually having a moment? He felt wonderful during the hug, but he didn't think it was anything more, they were only two friends that missed each other, that's all.

Suddenly he felt someone touching his shoulder. Of course, she was the person he was just thinking about.

—Hey, we have to star filming, they just told us. But you must not notice, you were kinda in your own world-She said with a small smile on her face.
—Oh, yes, sorry, by the way, after this wanna get some practice?
—I actually can't.  I got another scene with Nichole and a girl named Mary. I don't know how long it's gonna take, but I guess it won't be short-She said with a sad look, she felt bad for having to say no to Jacob's proposal to help her out
—Well don't worry, if you need any time of help you know that you can always look for me
—Thanks Jacob, always a gentleman-Peyton said while going to her spot, ready to start filming, right away Jacob did the same thing.

Everyone did a pretty good job in that scene, and John was really happy with the results, Peyton wasn't nervous anymore, her fighting scene went great, she still required more practice, but she was gonna work hard on it. Once they were finished, all of them started leaving the dojo. Jacob went to congratulate Peyton for her first fight scene, he really believed that she did great.

—You did pretty good for being your first scene-Said Jacob with a goofy smile.
—You weren't bad, either.
—Wanna hung out after you're done filming? So you can get to know better some actors from the cast.
—I would love to, but I'm exhausted from all the flights and everything, I haven't almost time to properly install. —She felt like the worse friend, she was declaiming all Jacob's ideas, she really wanted to be with him and his friends, but she was too much tired and s'ha has one other scene to be filmed that day.
—Don't worry Pey, I understand, sooo, goodbye I guess-Said Jacob who was a bit disappointed.
Peyton felt really terrible, so she hugged him briefly while whispering << until tomorrow >>
With that being said, they both get separated, she went with Nichole and he with his best friend.

—Hey man, Peyton did a really good job today.- Said Xolo approaching his friend
—Yes, she did.
—Have you asked her to come with us later, I bet Joe wants to meet her- Xolo asked because he really wanted to know more about Peyton's and Jacob's relationship
—I actually did, but she is exhausted.
—How bad, but bro don't get your hopes down, I trust that you two are gonna have more moment to be together-Said Xolo with a playful grin.

Jacob didn't answer to his comment, but as the other one he did before filming, this one stuck in his head for a while, all the way home.
