*WARNING DIRTINESS AHEAD....DON'T LIKE IT DON'T READ IT!!! XD *
"Whatcha gonna do?" I gaze down at my beautiful baby boy and he just blinks his eyes at me before tilting his head. "I'm not gonna stand here all day. I've got things to do pup." Luscious sighs up at me before plopping on the grass.
Shaking my head at him I look at Haven who has his giant tongue lolling out of the side of his mouth. "What about you love?" He barks before taking off across the yard. Laughing at my playful baby I throw the Frisbee his way. He jumps up into the air with such grace I can't help but still be in awe of how his fur ripples over his taut muscles. Catching it easily he lands and sprints my way.
"Good boy!!" I praise him as I reach down and take the Frisbee from him. Standing up I give him the eye and he bolts across the yard again. We play for another 15 minutes before he joins a passed out Luscious on the grass and, still panting, proceeds to drift off into sleep.
Smiling down at both of them I walk around the yard and pick up the other Frisbee that Luscious decided he didn't want to chase as well as any other toys. Walking over to their big crate I drop all the toys inside before walking to the back door. Leaving it standing open behind me, as I do not have a doggy door to outside, I know they will search me out as soon as they realize I have left their sides.
Going into my room I head straight for the closet and pull out what I plan on wearing tonight. It takes moments to decide on a torn up baseball tee, shorts and a pair of cowboy boots. Going to my bedside table I pull out a knife that slips perfectly into these tall cowboy boots. I hand sowed a little piece of leather that will hold the knife still inside all the pairs of boots I have. It took time and lots of bloody fingertips but I felt safer having some kind of weapon on me.
Humming as I drop all my clothes on the chest at the foot of my bed I turn around and try to decide what I want to do now. I notice the ache in my chest is still there, and beginning to annoy the hell outta me. Rubbing my chest I frown and wonder what the hell is going on with me. Dalton's beautifully sculpted face pops into my head making me sigh and the ache increases a little bit.
Groaning and realizing what an idiot I'm going to feel like I walk to the back door and call my boys in. Once inside I run my hands in my wind blown hair, from all the outside play, and head next door. This should be fun, not. Okay I know I'm being dramatic but what the hell? I hardly know the guy and I can't stand being this far away from him for this long. Trying not to focus on this shit I push through my confusion and head down my drive and into his.
I finally get a good look at his house and realize that his is about 8 times larger than my house. It's a towering 3 stories and a lovely deep blue paneled house with a white trim. It has a trellis on one side with beautiful multicolored flowers covering it. I also realize that there have to be at least 10 or more cars and the driveway goes quite a bit farther back. Heading further toward the front door I see that a completely white porch is surrounded by flowers. The porch also has a dark stained wood swing on the very end of the porch with 6 chairs and a cute wicker looking table and matching love seat.
I can't help the smile that slides across my face. I'm in love with this house. Don't get me wrong, I love my house, but this house is the kind where you want to raise a family and have a huge get together for the holidays. Walking further forward I make it to the door. Lifting the lovely, antique looking brass knocker I knock a few times before stepping back and waiting. The patter of little feet has confusion welling up inside of me but I dash it and give the little girl with bouncing curls a big smile.
"Hello." Her tiny voice trills up at me.
"Hi. What's your name?" I ask her squatting down a little bit.
