"We won't be crossing since there's never enough time to fit all of the city in one tour, but across the river is the eastern portion of Emshurst. Even though Emshurst was originally 2 separate settlements of Emerson and Hurst, we still call that side 'Hurste'. That's because the families that live on that side are old money, families that have lived in this area for generations, some even descended from founders. One such family is the Emmers family, who built the mall and donated to the college, before it became UE."

The Emmers Family was arguably one of the most powerful human families in the area, if not secretly the Northeast. Many children have served or continue to serve in the various levels of local government and business boards, or marry into larger celebrity families. They were the family with the highest number of Emerson/Emshurst mayors as well.

"There is another school there as well, a private seminary school called Moreau College. It is a patron school for the Temple of Sekhmet."

It was hard to miss where the Temple sat, as the building was grand with a large statue of their sacred symbol outside it to match. The temple and college sat on the right side of the bank. The highway descended from the bridge into Hurste, a valley between two hills. One hill was Moreau College, and hidden by trees on the other...was Henderson House, a home of the Sekh.

Angelo had been there once or twice, but everyone knew it was over there despite the natural concealed appearance they went for. The Sekh were mostly private, but they occasionally hosted parties for their company, Uraeus Corp. He couldn't lie, at least not to himself, because it was a nice house. The entirety of Hurste was under their vigilance though. So he preferred to focus on the stomping grounds available to him.

He rested against one of the railings as group members came forward to take pictures. The river was peaceful tonight, and the city lights did not reflect much, allowing the buildings of Hurste to have an almost otherworldly glow through the trees on the other side.

"If only they knew," he muttered to himself.

They worked hard over there to keep it looking the same as it ever was. 'Vintage' kids nowadays call it. That was the beginning of things for him. That distant past. But the show must go on.

"Alright, you can still take pictures but please come with me up along the docks, we'll cross a street into the official 'Historic District'. There are souvenir shops and all the city administration buildings there, like City Hall."
