you knocked on the wooden surface of Jimin's door and waited for him to open it.

however, he didn't.

you sighed and silently waited a couple of other seconds before trying to knock again.

no one answered.

you pressed your ear to the door to check if there was any movement inside, what you heard were screams.

not screams as in horror movies when the main lead saw a werewolf coming for them, but the type of screams that there are in an argument.

someone was fighting inside.

you recognized Jimin's voice and felt intimidated by his tone even tho he wasn't talking to you. the other voice sounded familiar but you couldn't recognize it.

you decided to try your luck and tugged on the knob and, to your surprise, it opened. Jimin didn't lock the door after letting the subject of his anger inside.

you moved carefully inside the apartment, you were sure it was small but well treated, however you didn't have time to take in your surroundings at that point.

just after a couple of steps you were inside the small living room which you could guess was also Jimin's bedroom.

two people were standing in the middle of it and noticed your presence only when your high heels ticked on the wooden floor catching their attention and interrupting the flood of words.

you looked at the woman in front of Jimin and frowned

<Mia? what are you doing here?>

she scoffed

<could be asking you the same>

she spat before picking up her purse from the couch and throwing a last glare at Jimin

<we will see each other in court>

Mia firmly said before marching out of the apartment slamming the door behind her back.

the blonde sighed and put his hands in his pocket

<why are you here?>

he asked and dropped on the couch before leaning his elbows on his knees and taking his head in his hands

<I... just wanted to see you>
