The Army of Monsters

**Katniss**

After I beat the two twins, I went to the Artemis cabin and sat on my bunk. I started thinking about how I humiliated Angela and Angel in front of everyone that was watching.

Just then Angel came in and said sarcastically, " Oh, it's you."

"Are you still mad that I beat you and your dumb sister in target practice."

"First of all, she is not dumb. Second of all, it was not just about the target practice. We had a reputation here for being great archers because we are children of Artemis. We barely got popular this year because we were the best archers. But now that you came and beat us everyone thinks we are now unpopular. Now we will be nobodies again."

I then started feeling kind of bad for messing up their reputation, but then I remembered that they were mocking me and I didn't feel that bad anymore.

"Well you know what, I don't care," I said in response.

"I don't think we will get along that well."

"Yup I was thinking the same thing."

Suddenly a large explosion like sound came from half-blood hill and we went to go check out what happened. We then saw thousands of Monsters charging at the demigods. I went back in and got my bows and arrows and I noticed some words on my arrows. They were in Greek so I didn't know what they read. Then I just grabbed them and ran out of the room.

I saw Percy charging at a cyclops, but instead of stabbing him he hugged him. What was that about?

Then I continued to go to Half-blood Hill and I got attacked by a harpy. I took out my bow and arrow and aimed at the thing and shot it. I then just kept shooting different monsters until I got very tired their were only a few left when yelped and felt a pain in my foot. I look and see that I had an arrow in my foot.

Peeta came and picked me and I said," What are you doing!"

"I'm taking you to the infirmary because that could get infected or worse."

"Alright fine." I looked up and saw that we were going to the infirmary. I hope Gale was ok.

**Gale**

I was shooting arrows at dracanae, harpies, cyclops, and I'm pretty sure a minotaur. There were also a bunch of demigods in the opposition. Why did they all turn on us? Suddenly a demigod was charging at me with a knife and a boy, no, cyclops tackled him out of the way. Then the cyclops got up, looked at me with his one eye, and said," You are friend of my big brother, so I help you. My name is Tyson and I like water."

"Hello I'm Gale, I would love to talk but we have to fight this battle."

"Ok," he said in response.

I then charged at a person that looked like a god but had a huge aura of power around him. I didn't even touch him and I felt like I was controlled and I flew back. The man said," I am looking for Percy Jackson."

I then saw Percy jump off of a hurricane and said," Who are you."

"Oh you don't remember me," He said.

He then turned into a huge fire creature and he said," Do you remember me now!"

"KRONOS!!!" Percy said. He then charged at Kronos but then he stopped he suddenly froze. Then I looked at everyone and everyone was frozen in place. One of the monsters was in the air but he didn't seem to fall. I was the only one who wasn't frozen.

"What did you do?"

"I am the titan of time I stopped time to tell you something."

"But you are in the opposition. Why do you want to talk about something during battle."

"I'm here to tell you that we have an army forming my mother will be fighting with me and we will destroy you we will come on August 18, 2015. You better watch your backs because we will destroy you."

He then disappeared and time continued. Percy then kept running and charged straight to a tree and crashed. I then noticed that all the monsters were also gone.

Then I noticed a figure coming up a hill. It was Leo. He then said," What the Hades was going on here!"

"Well we were in battle against the opposition, Kronos stopped time, and he told me he would be coming in one week fighting along side his mother."

"Holy Hades are you serious, Gaea is coming," said Percy.

"Is that Kronos' s mother?"

"Yes she is the Earth god and is really hard to defeat," said Leo.

"Well we will have to be ready let's go tell Annabeth and the others. Let's go," said Percy.

**2 hours later**

"It has come to my attention that Kronos is going to attack in a week. We must train all of our demigods to fight in this final battle," said Chiron.

"We can destroy Kronos with a scythe like his but with equal power. Their is one but it is in the underworld where Hades lives. We will have to Iris message Hades or Persephone that we will arrive to get the scythe. The only problem is that their will be monsters trying to kill us on our way there," said Annabeth.

"We need a way to get to Los Angeles fast," said Percy. Everyone then suddenly looked at Leo.

"Why are all of you looking at me like that," he said.

"Well you see we need to get to Los Angeles and you know how to build stuff, so can you build us a ride to get there please?"

"Why me? Can't Annabeth build stuff."

"Come on Leo it is our only hope. You must do this for the greater good," said Piper. She said it with like a power that suddenly he said," Ok I must obey. I will go build a ship now." He then left the room to bunker nine.

"How did you make him do that?" I said.

"I used some charmspeak in my voice so that you must obey. I don't usually like to do it but most of the time it is for the greater good."

"Alright," I said in response.

"Well now that Leo is building we can start planning for the war. Everyone let's move out," said Annabeth.
