Boy with The Sea Green Eyes

As I fired the arrow, the boy with sea green eyes and the sword managed to deflect it with his sword before it hit him.

I didn't know what got into me. I felt like if I were in the games and he was an enemy. Even though the games are over I still have hallucinations and nightmares about it.

"Whoa take it easy, you almost shot me," said the boy with the sea green eyes.

I asked, "Who are you?"

"My name is Percy Jackson, son of Poseidon, god of the sea. Now I would like you and your friends there to introduce yourselves without you shooting me with an arrow."

"M-m-my name is Katniss Everdeen. Those boys names are Gale Hawthorne and Peeta Mellark. We are from district twelve." I tried to say it as calmly and seriously as I could.

"So you are a son of a god," said Gale.

"Yes I am a son of Poseidon. Are you guys demigods or mortals."

I quickly thought up of a lie so they wouldn't think of us as enemies but allies. "I am a daughter of Artemis.

Gale is a son of Ares. Peeta is a son of Aphrodite."

It was a good thing we studied Greek mythology during middle school around seventh grade or we probably would be goners. I said I was a daughter of Artemis because I am good with a bow and arrow. I said Gale is a son of Ares because he could be good with war plans. And I said Peeta was a son of Aphrodite because he has the good looks for it.

"Cool," said Percy, " I will inform Chiron our counsler of camp that we have new demigods in camp."
