"Haneun! Daddy said don't run, you'll fall, petal!" Shrieking in happiness, the little girl continue running with Han-Gyeol, Soyoung's son. Two years ago, Soyoung found the man of her dream, the man that help her heal after the death of Hyun-Ki, the man that took his times in knowing her without judging how her past was, and the man that love her sincerely, never once failed to bring the smile to her face. They get married five months after dating each other and Soyoung gave birth to Han-Gyeol; proving that it doesn't matter how long you know someone, but what's matter is that they're sincere with you, share the same amount of effort to make the realtionship works and here they are, with Han-Gyeol soon turning two years old while Haneun has turned three years old last week. You, Mingyu, Soyoung and her husband watch as the toddlers shriek in happiness despite all the warning about running that Mingyu told them. They shook their head with smiles on their face, they never knew they'll be here someday but look at them, growing up a child of their own.
Resting your head on Mingyu's shoulder, you smile as you reminiscing all the memories, the pain and the happiness it brought you. "What are you smiling about, gorgeous?" Raising his eyebrow as he look down at you, you shook your head with a soft smile on your face.
"Just feel grateful." Mingyu hummed, hand finding yours to slide in and intertwined it. "Grateful about us? Or... that you have such an amazing husband?" He said teasingly at you while you laugh, raising your head as you turn and slap his chest. "Um, I think both." He giggle at your answer. "You sure I'm an amazing husband? I broke your vase one time."
"Oh and I'm still mad at that! I changed my mind then." You said as he broke into a loud laugh. He pull you into his embrace when he noticed your lips jutted out, swaying you as he muttered how he's not sorry about it because he can see your cute pout and muttering out how he knew you can't get mad at him no matter how hard you tried to. Well, you're whipped for him, at least he knew about it.
"Mommy! Daddy! Can me and nugget go have some ice cweam? Pwetty pwease?" Haneun said all while holding Han-Gyeol hand, pout and big eyes glimming with hopes as you turn to look at Mingyu and Soyoung. It's so endearing how she acts like a big sister to Han-Gyeol and referring to him as nugget because she said Han-Gyeol is cute and so was nugget. "Alright then let aunty accompany you and nugge-"
"Nwo! Me want to go with nugget only! Pwetty pwease, daddy?" Soyoung turn to look at her husband who shrugged off his shoulders; obviously alright with the toddler's wish as it wasn't the first time they're here, besides, the security around this park is one of the top one so it's not dangerous for them. It's not like he's not worried that anything can go off anytime soon but because people around here always see their face, know the two toddlers and they'll also be watching them from afar so why not let the childs have some times alone.
His wife however, opposed the idea of that.
"Gyu, come on. You can't possibly let them go alone, right?" Soyoung raise her eyebrow, looking at her best friend with a 'I dare you' look. Mingyu sigh, he hate to turn his princess's wish down but he too know it's not safe for them to roam around without any adult. "I'm sorry, my princess but-"
"So we can't? But daddy, me want to!" When you guys saw how her eyes started to pool with tears, Mingyu know it'll be bad if he turn down the wish, besides, he despise seeing his little princess sad. "Fine, but daddy will have to go with you."
"But daddy-"
"Or you and nugget won't get any ice cream, you choose, my princess." It wasn't a question, rather a statement and order, as much as how whipped and soft he is with his princess, Mingyu do scold her and be stern with her when he needed to. He watch as the pout worsen, but he ignored it and instead take both her and Han-Gyeol's hand to hold it.
"Let's go now, babies. You guys wait here, alright?" All of you nodded your head and watch as Mingyu walk away with the kids while he tried to persuade his little princess.

"Daddy! Me want to run!" Haneun saidafter finishing her ice cream before dashing forward, running while laughing happily as Mingyu shook his head, arms around Han-Gyeol as he complained about how he felt tired walking on his own.
"Uncwle?" Han-Gyeol's voice caught his attention as he turn his head to look at the boy, hand rubbing the boy's back. "Yes, prince?"
While Mingyu was busy talking with Han-Gyeol, Haneun however, became too excited that suddenly, she bump into someone's leg and fall to the ground. Normally, any kids will cry but her mommy has taught her that she can only cry if it hurts but the fall didn't hurt her so she didn't cry.
"Are you okay, pretty?" She heard a voice said as little Haneun look up and saw a man with a mask on and a cap, wearing all black as his eyes gaze down at her and reaching down to help her up.
"Me okay." She said, accepting the man's hand.
"Haneun!" Mingyu came running to her when he realized that Haneun is in front of stranger, worst; holding his hand. He pull Haneun behind him, eyes glaring at the man in front of him.
"Haneun, daddy and mommy said don't talk to strangers, right?" He scold her, breathing got heavy as the thought of Haneun with the man in front of him anger him. "And you? What are you doing with my daughter?" He question the man, his grip on Haneun's hand tighten , another hand holding the little Han-Gyeol tight.
"It's been awhile, Kim Mingyu." The voice said, and he swear his eyes almost bulge out because he know the voice, he know the owner of it.
"Jeon Wonwoo."
What's Wonwoo real intention of suddenly showing up like this? Isn't he's taking therapy? Well, only he knows about it. Maybe this is how it was for you and Mingyu, no matter how happy both of you are right now, you can't leave your past.
Because his love and obsession for you is still there, hidden in the depth of his self and no doctor can help him when he's sick.
