"Sebastian." I laughed.

"What are you doing?" I asked after he came towards me. He smiled at me.

"Stand here." He pointed to the edge of the pond. I moved towards the pong.

"Okay what now?"

"Turn around." I obeyed.

He pushed me. The pond seemed deeper than what it was.

I screamed but water filled my lungs. I tried to swim to the top but I couldn't.

The surface seemed so close, but when I would reach out it was like it was so far.

I looked up one last time and saw Sebastian before everything went black.

I woke up gasping for air. I grabbed my chest and choked on air.

"Amanda?" Annette knocked on the door as she walked in. She immediately came to my side.

I caught my breathe and was just breaking heavy. I grabbed her and hugged her tightly.

"What's the matter?" Said Annette, after I pulled away from the hug.

"Bad dream." I managed to get out. I stood up and went to the clothes I packed.

"You should unpack, we're gonna be here for a while." Annette said as she turned to face me and covered up with the blanket she grabbed.

"I don't plan on being here that long." I told her as I grabbed a  grey long sleeve shirt and a pair of black shirts.

I walked into the big bathroom connected to the room I was in and turned on the shower.

As I waited for the water to heat up, I played my playlist off my phone and undressed.

I pulled the shower curtain over enough for me to get in and pulled it back.

I closed my eyes as I let the water run of me. I let my head fall back a little so the water would wet my hair.

"Amanda." My eyes snapped open.

"Hello?" I called out in a loud whisper.

"Think Amanda. Think." Think?

"What are you talking about?" I received no answer.

I shook my head and continued on with my shower. Once I was done, I got out and dried off.

I threw my clothes on and walked into my bedroom, after turning my music off.

"Annette?"

"Mmm?" She responded interested in the show she put on.

"How are you and Sebastian?" I turned around to face my sister. Her face fell and she looked at me like I was a ghost.

"I uh- i don't know what you mean." She shrugged and turned back to the tv. I frowned and walked over to her.

I grabbed the remote and turned off the tv.

"He-"

"We don't lie to each other. Ever." I strictly said. She signed and looked at me.

"He asked me to be his girl friend and I said yes. And I know Im not allowed to really be around him but like he's so sweet and cute and honestly I don't see the big deal." She spoke quickly.

"Please don't be mad." She added sadly.

"Im not mad at you Annette. I want you to be happy and to follow your heart, but if he hurts you." I looked at her and smiled when she laughed and said I know.

"Can we hangout with you and your friends tonight?" She asked when I stood up to grab my shoes.

I looked back at her and debated if I really wanted Sebastian around me. I couldn't say no to Annette thought.

"Yes." I signed. "We're going to the hangout spot." The hang out spot was in the middle of no where.

There was a cabin, Nancy and I found it, and it was abandon. My friends and I have been going to it since we were in middle school.

I recently started to bring Annette when she just needed some space or when she was sad. She ended up loving it.

She smiled, "party?"

"Party."

I grabbed my boots and threw them on. I grabbed my keys and said bye to Annette before walking out my temporary room.

I started to walk down the staircase until my name was called. I looked up to see Sebastian.

"What?" I asked annoyed.

"Annette said we're hanging out with you guys tonight?" He wanted to make sure.

"Yeah, but only because I love my sister." I walked over to him. "You thought, I hate you."

He quickly turned and walked up the stairs after I said that. I wiped around and started walking towards the door.

I felt eyes on me when I walked outside but decided that I've been paranoid and shrugged it off.

I got into my car and texted Nancy I was on my way. I grabbed my sunglasses and put them on.

I plugged my phone in and started to play music. I looked down at my phone when I felt it buzz.

Nancy: we finna be lit!!!

I laughed at my friend before putting my car in reverse and backing out the drive way.

I switched to drive and drove down the road.

Nobody's pov

He watched her from his balcony.

He heard his name. He turned around to face the shorter blonde girl.

He put a fake smile on and hugged her when she hugged him.

"We're going to have so much fun tonight." She smiled

"Yes we are." He smiled as she talked about getting ready.

She planted a small kiss on his check before getting up and going into her room.

His face fell as soon as she left the room and he couldn't help but go back to the balcony and look down.

Her car was gone. He signed sadly.

He couldn't help but wish he was with the girl he truly wanted to be with.

His old childhood friend.

The person he's dying to find out why they aren't close anymore.

"I love you, Amanda." He whispered to himself before walking back inside his room.

He grabbed his clothes and went into the bathroom.

He showered and got ready for something he wasn't expecting.
