As Hellboy and Katherine help Alice and Daimio wake up, Nimue decided to take a personal trip into the city of London. People screamed in terror at the sight of the Gruagach. Nimue walked the roads, watching the humans run as the Gruagach goads them and laughs at their fear. Lifting her hands, she unleashes her plague, smirking at the ones who fall before her. Watching their flesh strip and blacken, pus filled boils form as blood oozes from their mouths, eyes, and ears. Cars crashed and people stampede, but no one could escape, not from Nimue.
Professor Broom spent all of his time searching for answers to stop Nimue. Ever since Hellboy took off, he was ridden with guilt. All his lies were for the greater good and Hellboy's safety. He sighs deeply and rubs his tired eyes as he skims through more of the books Alice found. He frowns when he re-reads a paragraph.
Whispering the language the book carried, he struggles to recall the translation.
"...and so shall come to a great power beyond worlds can imagine and shall...'" He mutters the language. "'And so shall bring upon destruction on..." He softly gasps. "That's it. That's it! That's the answer." He shoots to his feet, "Contact Daimio right now! Hellboy needs to hear this."
But no one could get ahold of anyone. Broom grew worried and never gave up. He finally found the answer to their problem, and he couldn't tell them.
Suddenly, an urgent news report is shown on the screens, "So far, the British government has failed to pinpoint the origin of the plague which is spreading at an unprecedented rate. The Prime Minister has declared an official state of emergency and is urging British citizens to remain indoors and to avoid contact with anyone who may be infected. Casualties are expected to reach 100,000 within two hours, with the British plague spreading to the EU resulting in massive fatalities over the next 24 hours and threatening to spark a global epidemic. The infection rate is much higher than initially..."
It was starting, this showed Broom that witch bitch has been restored. He just hopes that Hellboy and Katherine were ok.
Gaining everyone's attention, "Listen up, ladies and gentlemen. The shit has gone way beyond the fan. Out there, there's a fifth century sorceress and her pig monster, who want to bring down the curtain on London and the world. Now, please tell me where the fuck they are!" He shouts.

Entering the fish shop with a wicked grin, Nimue stands before the entrance with the Gruagach.

Walking out of the cave, Hellboy felt as if that was his only chance of stopping Nimue, but the cost was too high. With a deep sigh, he holds Katherine close. Her strength was coming back.
