Veronica's POV

We've been sitting here for hours and hours waiting for an update on Jimin. I even had time to go back home and change my sleepwear but still there are no news about him for now. But no news is good news right? I really hope he'll be okay. He's the only person in this world who considers me a mother seeing that I can't have kids of my own. He's a sweet beautiful boy, he doesn't deserve the treatment he got from his older brother. No matter how wrong he is. Jihyun should have protected him.

The sound of clicking heels which sounded like they were running brought me back to reality. I looked around and it was...another problem, called Jimin's mother. I bet that's the real reason Jihyun hates me, His mother influenced him.

"YONG-DO!! WHERE'S OUR JIMINIE? WHERE IS HE? WHAT HAPPENED TO HIM?" Jimin's mother shouted as she reached us, not even acknowledging me and Tae next to my husband.

"We don't have news yet, just sit down and wait together with us. But I'm sure he'll be fine don't worry about it too much" Yong-Do answered in a soft voice.

"How can I not be worried, he's our son and he got hurt under your supervision. I know you wouldn't hurt him though so maybe someone else did it" she said....okay hold on Child, is she trying to accuse me of something? Doesn't she know that her older son did this?

"What do you mean by that?" My husband now asked with a change of tone.

"What really happened?, don't bother telling me. Jimin will explain everything when he wakes up." She said once again. She's so full of nonsense, no wonder Jimin said she didn't like talking to her about serious things, she overreacts. I cleared my throat.

"So me and Taehyung are really invisible, huh Sarang?" I asked her, that's only when she turned her head and looked at us.

"I don't even know that Taehyung you're talking about" she said bitterly.

"Aigo now I know where Jihyun got his stinking attitude. This is Taehyung,  Jimin's best friend" I said. She looked at Taehyung up and down like he was examining him.

"Oh? Back in Busan Jimin doesn't have friends. Nice to meet you Taehyung." She said.

"Uh yeah...nice to meet you too eommoni" Taehyung  said making a certain face...I felt like laughing because Jimin once said Taehyung doesn't just like someone if he can sense that they're not friendly, and you also have to pass his vibe check, clear Sarang wasn't.

"Veronica? Have you been good to my son?" She asked glaring at me.

"Yeah...I take him for massages, movies, we eat out, we go to the amusement park, I help him study, we sit and talk. We've bonded a lot since he came" I said smiling. She rolled her eyes and held on to my husband's arm. OMO I can't watch this, is she back to see jimin or steal my husband?

"OkAY....Tae can we go get some FRESH air and coffee. Give Jimin's parents time to talk about their son" I said glaring at my husband who gave me pitiful eyes, I don't need his pity. I need him to yank his arm away but seemingly he won't do that.

"Yeah...we need to Check if Jungkook is admitted here anyway." Tae said.

"Oh please update me on Jungkooks recovery okay?" My husband said.

"I thought you hated jungkook" I said.

"Yeah Dad, you hated Jungkook" Tae said furrowing his eyebrows.

"He makes Jimin happy, it's only fair I warm up to him. I still don't like him" Jimin's dad said and I laughed, he always acts tough but deep down he enjoyed seeing Jimin chatting to Jungkook on the phone looking so happy.
