After a while of running, Robin paused as you almost bumped into him. He turned around as he looked at you with a look you couldn't register. You were panting at how long you both were running as Robin looked just fine.

"Okay, I know a place where you can stay for the day as Prince John must've sent his guards to the village in search of you. But you need to wear this." Robin pulled a blindfold as you blinked a few times in confusion.

"We're going to my hideout. Even though I know you won't tell on me, we never know what the prince might do to the people that know where his worst rival lives, you get me?" He tried to explain it to you as you finally understood.

You turned around as Robin gently did the blindfold on. He turned you around slowly as anxiety filled you. The only thing you could do now was hear the forest, not see it. You already held your arms out to try and feel something as you felt two hands holding yours.

"Don't worry about falling, I will lead you. Just don't let go of my hands." Was all Robin said before he started walking backward. Slowly you took steps as Robin smiled at your trust in him.

"That's it, you're doing great! We're not that far from my hideout so you won't be in the dark for long." You smiled a little as you heard his reassuring words.

"Thank you, Robin, I mean it." You thanked him as he smiled at you, although you couldn't see it.

He led you around or over any obstacles that were on your route and after 10 minutes you arrived at the den. You felt yourself being led up some stairs that made a small turn.

Then you felt Robin's hands leaving yours. You then felt fingers fiddling with the blindfold as light came over your vision.

You blinked a few times while rubbing your eyes to get used to the light again.

Then you saw lots of green around you. You gasped a little to yourself as you saw the house-like den. You hardly could believe how they could've built this.

"So...What are your thoughts about it?" Robin asked you as he saw your amazed face.

"I'm just...impressed at how you were able to turn a normal den into a living place." You told him as you looked around at the platforms. It was climb work to get up there alright, but it was beautiful.

"Thanks. We did a good job, huh?" He asked you as you nodded your head at him.

It was silence between you two as you didn't know what to do or say.

"Do you want some water?" Robin asked you as sat down in one of the barrels.

"Yes, please."

After Robin got both of you a drink, Robin sat down in front of you. You tried to start a conversation with him to get to know him better.

"So...Why do you live in a den instead of a real home?" You asked him.

"Oh, I was actually supposed to live in the castle, really." Robin blanky answered as you raised your brows at him.

"Wait, really? Are you royalty?!" You almost yelled out but were stopped as he laughed at your answer.

"No, no! It's just that I moved here with my aunt Mathilde- the lady you saw at the castle's kitchen pouring more soup in for the guards, she's the castle's cook and a great one too! And I came here with my cousin-"
