So you came with Thranduil to get the diamonds from the mountain and you catch the eye of Thorin Oakenshield you and thorin made eye contact for a long time till you heard a chest closing you looked over confused.
You saw the chest closed and you looked over to Thranduil he did not look happy he turned around you followed and looked back at thorin then looked away.
(Time-skip till the day smaug attacked)
You were on your horse and saw the mountain being attacked by smaug you looked at Thranduil then back at the mountain you saw thorin he shouted for help but Thranduil turned away not wanting to help you got even more confused what is he doing you looked back at thorin you stayed there.
You then heard Thranduil call your name you looked his way then at Thorin and you rode to Thranduil your heart ached seeing the dwarves home being taken away.
Your horse ran next to Thranduil and you looked at him and spoke "why didn't you help them Thranduil?"you asked he turned to you "well my dear knight I will not let my kin get lost by the dragon"you looked down still feeling bad for Thorin "Thranduil" "yes my knight?" "Im going to travel to Rivendell"he looked at me shocked.
"why my knight" "i just think i need some time to see my old friend"he looked at you in sadness "if that's what you want"you nodded and rode off to ravendell.
