this isn't an update and I'm genuinely sorry it isn't as updates on this book only happen like once a year and I seriously lament that because most of you have been basically begging me for a sequel to someday since the dawn of time.
but now that I'm on the verge of becoming an adult I realize I can't continue a story that was a lost cause since the very beginning, I don't know why I promised a sequel when I knew it was pointless.
So I'm writing this just to say that I have absolutely no clue as to where I'm going with this story and it's all thanks to its prequel.

someday was and is literally a hot mess, you don't even need to pay attention to the story to know that the entire thing doesn't even make sense, it's so unrealistic and it had a lot of plot holes I constantly tried changing. taking this into consideration I don't know why people wanted a sequel and I don't know why I decided to write a sequel when someday is literally hot garbage, and you should all be ashamed of yourselves for supporting poor writing /j
(although your support was what motivated me improve so I am forever grateful to all of you)
you all have been very supportive and have been very patient for updates, and I didn't think I'd ever have to do this but I'm going to discontinue this book.
I began writing someday (and this) when I was thirteen, a mere child who still had a long way ahead of her. and now that I'm four years older I realize can't just keep pulling shit out of my ass and publishing it when I know it's going absolutely nowhere and had no future ahead of it since I began writing it.
I know that when I had previously published this note I'd said I'd try and make an effort to rewrite it. but after much thinking, painful math, effort and an hour of revising the plot, I realize that it's literally impossible as I can't incorporate parts of the original plot into the rewrite without altering absolutely every aspect of the story.
to summarize, the story would be so drastically different to the point where it wouldn't even be markren anymore.
it was honestly all a headache and my mind was absolutely blank the entire time and it didn't take long to realize that it'd be so stupid to rewrite it when I hate the entire thing and it literally wouldn't bring Mark and Renjun together in the end anyways.
therefore, you all deserve better and continuing this would be an absolute waste of time for both you as the readers and me who's getting older and busier. so I humbly ask that you respect my decision as nothing will or could change my mind.
I hate this story, I hate someday, whatever happens next is up to your imagination. so imagine it.
