I arrived at school earlier than expected. Plano ko kasi na maaga pumasok para makausap ko pa si Debor.

I already texted him to meet me in the garden. Doon kami tumatambay minsan kaya alam niya kung saan 'yon.

Minutes later, I heard his voice. Napalingon ako sakanya at ngumiti. He gave me a smile na parang kinakabahan. I don't have plans on rejecting him dahil gusto ko rin naman siya I just won't confess my feelings today dahil gusto ko munang pag-isipan ang lahat ng ito.

"Hey," he said and sat down beside me.

"Hi."

"Nabasa ko na yung letter..." I started. When I looked at him, he was already looking at me. Our eyes met and for a second I got the chance to admire him.

He has a thick brows, pointy nose, brown ehes and his pinkish lips. He also have a wavy hair. He really look good. Hindi ko naman iyon maitatanggi. I like everything about him bonus nalang iyong gwapo niya.

"You like me?" I asked him. I just needed to hear it from him.

"Yes," he answered. "Ashley—"

"Hindi ba 'to april fools?"

"No, of course not." I chuckled.

"What's your plan then?"

"It depends on you, Ash. If you'll reject me then I'll respect your decision."

"What if I don't?"

"Then I'll ask permission to court you..." I stared at him. Bago lang ako sa lahat ng 'to. Wala akong alam sa ganito but Asha mentioned me about courtship. Mas makikilala ko raw ang lalaki sa ganoong paraan.

"Court me then," I said. His lips parted.

"You're not rejecting me?"

"Bakit? Gusto mo bang i-reject kita?"

His eyes widened, "No! Not that, I just thought you'll reject me or something..."

I grinned. Ang cute niya.

"So you're allowing me to court you?"

I nodded.

"Are you sure? Please do know that I'm not forcing you or what just because I confessed."

Umiling ako. "No, you're not forcing or pressuring me don't worry. Pinag-isipan ko talaga 'to."

He slowly nodded, "Okay..."

"From now on, I'll start courting you, Laine."

He smiled. I smiled back and nodded. When the bell rings, tumayo na kami dahil baka ma-late kami.

I hope I made the right decision.
