Victoria had just bought food to help her mother make a Christmas dinner and entered the house. But it was way too quiet.
She rushed to the kitchen and saw her mother's body, beaten to death, on the floor. She looked up and spotted Alastor, holding a bloody knife, and standing over their father's body.
It wasn't confusing or surprising, she knew what happened. Their father beat their mother to death, and Alastor took revenge. Victoria placed the groceries away quietly, "Are you... Going to report me?" She looked up at Aladtor, "No, I love you too much. You shouldn't have killed him, there are other ways to get justice. But I'll help you."
So she helped stage the whole thing as two siblings came home from Christmas shopping, getting a neighbor's help with carrying everything and finding the bodies.
And she could be with Alastor.
But Alastor liked the way killing felt, and he wanted more. Using his radio studio to track down 'scum', he'd kill them. Unfortunately, he was caught and shot while fleeing in the woods.
Victoria, overcome by grief and anger, became a killer herself. She would walk around in the woods and shoot down anyone there, then she would drag their bodies to the entrances of the woods and place a rose in the hands of her victims. She became the 'Rose Killer'.
In 1945 she was executed, her last words were, "You took him. I won't smile until I lay eyes on him again." She then spent decades in each section of hell thoroughly searching for the 'Radio Demon', knowing it was her brother.
She would trap demons using rose vines and would demand information on the Radio Demon's whereabouts. If they knew something, they would leave unharmed. If they had no information, she would make a giant rose to grow through them, killing them violently.
After a thousand years, she stumbled to the Hazbin Hotel and was finally reunited with Alastor.
