Zoe sighed, and turned to Ms. Rogers. She looked surprised to see the glare Zoe was pinning her with. It almost made Zoe laugh. The women thought she knew her, and honestly knew a lot, but she was surprised at this glare? If she really knew her she would have known how much she was asking.

Taking a deep breath Zoe said, "Fine. Whatever. Deal. Didn't I already agree earlier?"

Zoe was subconsciously following Ms Rogers to the window, and suddenly Ms. Rogers said, "try not to land on a tree! Oh, and don't pass out," after that she laughed and pushed Zoe out of the window.

Weirdly the first thing that came to mind was, when did that window open? When Zoe realized what was happening, she did the sensible thing, and screamed. Or rather shrieked. She could've sworn she heard a familiar voice scream her name, but she pushed the thought away. Tears sprang to her eyes as a sharp pain flooded her upper back. She let out a scream of pain, and reached her arm out to put pressure on it. Except when she reached back she found that large, shimmering blue wings had appeared on her back. She glanced into the glass on the building, and would've cried tears of joy if she wasn't about to die. Silver horns were sitting on her head, and her short brown hair had acquired flame looking stands.

"Fly!" The familiar voice said desperately. I must be wrong. Zoe told herself, but she listened to the voice and hastily snapped her wings out.

The sudden movement launched her upwards, and made the voice cry out with relief. Zoe laughed, and with that laugh she felt so light. As if all her burdens had been washed away, and now she was free to fly. Like a bird let out of a cage. She soared as high as she dared, which was quite high, and dived. She spun through the air, and pulled back up and looped around in a circle. Zoe looked down at the ground as she dived again, and saw that her suspicious were true. Ryder was standing down on the ground watching her.

Somewhere in her custom roller coaster, she heard someone say "Look, Lover Boy is gawking at Zoe!"

This snapped Zoe out of her happy daze, and she scowled down at her new victim- er enemy. An evil grin spread across her face, because she had a plan, and she particularly liked this plan.

"Awww, Lover Boy, your crush run away?" The vic- enemy said in a mock sad voice as Zoe zipped away.

"Shut up, you're one to talk anyways! What was with those puppy dog eyes at Zara? Huh?" Ryder snapped.

Zoe sneaked back and quietly landed in a tree.

Ryder looked ready to punch the guy. However, he looked off. He had lost the silly grin, and the gleam in his eye.

Zoe shook all pity out of her head, and set herself in the right position. She dramatically tied her now flaming hair in a ponytail, and then jumped out of the tree landing right in between the two boys.

Ryder took one look at Zoe's face and must have seen something, because he said her name in a warning tone.

"I could punch him, you know. I'd knock him out. I'd do it to any one who tried to hurt- any of my friends!" Zoe said turning to face him after he said her name.

"I know," Ryder nodded, "but just don't. That's not how I solve things... this isn't you either. Cmon Zoe think about it! He's not worth it, and you'd get expelled!"

"Awww is Lover Boy scared his girlfriend is going to get sent away?"

Zoe didn't care what Ryder said, her fist was about to rush toward the morons face when Ryder's hand grabbed hers.

Zoe was sure she was blushing furiously, but she let him hold on as long as he wanted. When she faced Ryder, his face was turning pink, but that could be from- anger? She closed her eyes relying on Ryder's hand for energy, and turned to Sir Moron. "So, Sir Moron," she started, but her voice, though it carried the same intimidating and powerful energy, sounded weak. She continued, "to what do I owe the pleasure? What would your name be again?"

"Xach Bolt, and I think the question is why did you decide to grace us with your presence," he responded.

"Because I have an idea," Zoe sang, "it's time for you, Bolt, to learn a lesson." A dragon like snarl escaped her throat and she bared her teeth showing fangs.

"No need to get creepy."

"You see these?" Zoe hissed ignoring Xach, "they're called fangs in case you didn't know, and I'm sure you wouldn't like to feel these on you. Would you?"

"Nope! No! Nu-uh! I'm good!" He said with a nervous laugh.

"I would run if I were you," Ryder said helpfully.

And Xach did run, and Zoe hoped for his sake that he never came back.

"Have fun, Bolt!"
