Detective Cynthia Summit had an unlucky encouter with a death scene that she has never experienced in her career before. Rodrigo Valdez, a rich celebrity and an heir to one of the Fortune 500 companies, was murdered in one of the streets of New York, with people oblivious to what had happened, in a grotesque manner that sends chills to Detective Summit every time she remembers. Ambiguous clues were laden out on Rodrigo Valdez' corpse, a cloth embroidered with number 34 was placed somewhere that is intended for the detectives to find out. It then dawned on Detective Summit that Rodrigo was the 34th victim on what the media likes to call the new Jack the Ripper, "The Twister".
