Jade continued searching the store for Perrie when a man in a black suit walked inside. She was eyeing as the man asked the nearest employee about something. Jade shrugged her shoulders and went back to putting the dress inside of the bags. The cashier told her that the blonde lady she was with had offered to pay for whatever she wanted. Jade is internally grateful for what Perrie did, but that is extremely bad to offer to pay for her things. She heard someone cough beside her, and she turned to find the man who walked in waiting beside her.
"Are you Jade Thirlwall?" She looks behind him before speaking up.
"Yeah," she was skeptical at first before she noticed it.
"Miss. Edwards has offered to take you back to her home." He spoke in a monotone voice and showed little to no emotions. Perrie being rich and showing it off didn't shock Jade as she didn't think Perrie was going to do something
"Um, okay," Jade grabbed hold of the bag and looked over at the store entrance.
"If done, we can begin heading to Miss. Edwards's home." He responded as he motioned to the entrance of the store. Jade nodded as she walked alongside the chauffeur. Jade watched as the man walked over to open the door for her. She accepted the offer and got inside of the black Bentley. Jade didn't think much of the ride or music. If the music were calm, she would be relaxed during the ride. She slides to the window to rest her head there.
She wonders if Perrie knows since they've talked for less than a few hours. Jade feels like Perrie is distancing herself from her because she might know something she doesn't. It isn't delightful that Perrie had to send one of her chauffeurs to pick her up from the store. The ride back to Perrie's house wasn't that enjoyable as traffic happened, and it took another hour to reach Perrie's home.
During that time, Jade silently went over the notes she had in her mind. She must be the blonde in the car with Tyler and those other assholes. Perrie is one, the last one to complete her triumph.
"We are here," the chauffeur spoke as he went ahead and opened the door to let Jade out. He closed the door behind her and walked back to the driver's side of the Bentley. A butler came over and offered to take her coat the second she stepped onto the steps of the home. She declined as she tugged on her jacket and continued to follow them to where the girls were at. Perrie's home isn't a maze as Jade walks inside the main room. Jade spots Leigh Anne talking to Perrie when she spots her.
"Girl! You made it!" Leigh brings her into a hug and pulls her over to the table. Leigh hands her a drink, and she accepts it. Perrie isn't happy to see me here. Why is she always walking away from us when I enter the room? Perrie doesn't need to leave Leigh Anne unless Perrie is hiding something from us. I hope she is feeling guilty about what she did with her friends. She is part of the problem by staying silent about being associated with the people who committed vehicular murder.
"What's on your mind, Jade?" Leigh Anne asks as she is sitting next to her. The drink she has is half empty, and it makes her look at hers to find it open. Jade signs and glances over at the spot that Perrie sat in. Wasn't she back yet? She looks over at Leigh before starting up with the same conversation that plaques their minds.
"You know of the Photographer killer?" Jade spoke as she clasped and held it in between her hands. "I heard they killed another two people last night!"
"Yeah, they killed my friends," Perrie spoke as she walked inside the room, holding a charcuterie board filled with snacks that go with cheese and salsa dips. She lays the panel on the table before sitting on the chair beside Leigh Anne.
"Wait. The killer also killed Tyler?" Leigh Anne covered her face with her hands as she rested an arm around Perrie. "I'm deeply sorry that happened, Pez."
