Got some complaints about how the reader is a crybaby. She's a literal sick kid who's been taken care of and spoiled by her siblings since she was young. What do you expect? It's not like she's an adult crying, she's a sick 15 year old. She hadn't experienced what most regular kids and teenagers experience, she hasn't even been outside until meeting Mikey's gang. She's only been to the hospital and back.

If you don't like how the reader acts, then just stop reading. If you see this before you start reading the book, then this is a disclaimer for the people that doesn't like when the reader is crying too much. If it bothers you, please don't read it. I won't change her attitude, but I'll tone down the waterworks since some people are complaining so much.
