3rd person POV

The trio headed towards the front doors.

The time? 6:01 a.m.

It was silent for a few minutes.

"Freddy, Y/n, the doors are open! Come on let's go!" Gregory said grabbing both Y/n and Freddy's hands and dragging them towards the exit

"No. I cannot exit outside of this facility." Freddy said, a new found sadness lacing his voice.

"Of course you can! Come on, we can hide you somewhere!" said Gregory, turning to face the animatronic.

Y/n remained quiet, knowing what was coming next.

"Without a recharge station, my systems would shut down within an hour. It is a safety precaution. It is my design. This is where I must stay. Do not return. It will never be safe. I will miss you." Freddy said, kneeling down to face the boy placing a hand on his shoulder.
"Y/n?" the boy turned to face the older girl/boy/human being.

They sighed.

"I'm sorry Gregory, I...I have to stay here...I have a job to do, and with Vanny still around...I don't think it's safe for you" they said, wiping the tears that were starting to form in their eyes.

They pulled the boy into a hug.

"I want to help you, but you can't stay here..." they said pulling away.
"And I can't lock you in my car..." they said, laughing slightly.
"Besides..you were banned from the Daycare, and I can't think of anywhere else I could keep you..." they said, hugging the boy again, this time tighter. (listen, ur house is way too far to leave him there alone all day, that's the logic behind it ok? ok)

"Freddy" said the boy, turning to face the 7ft tall bear.

"If I leave now...nothing will change, will it?" he asked quietly.

"Yes. I am afraid that is correct." Freddy said, looking down.

He glanced at Y/n and they nodded, wiping some of the stray tears in their eyes.

"Gregory, you have a choice to make. The door is open and you can go. Or you can continue to investigate the secrets of the Pizzaplex. I feel there is something else going on besides Vanny." Freddy said, the cheer back in his voice.

Gregory stayed quiet for a minute.

"I'm staying right here" he said, determination evident in his voice.

"You are staying? I am glad. Here. I found this Party Pass. There are areas we have not investigated." Freddy smiled (im not even sorry; u were warned at the beginning)

"Lead the way, superstar." Freddy winked and the three of them walked away from the front doors, Gregory latching onto Y/n's waist.

Y/n's POV

I patted Gregory's head.

"Ya know, for being 11, you're pretty good at destroying 7ft tall animatronics that can lift cars" I said, slight concern in my voice.

He smiled at me "What can I say?" he replied smugly, grabbing Monty's claws.

I laughed softly.

"God Gregory..." I said shaking my head and walking away.

"HEY!" he said running up to me.

I smirked.

"First to the parts and service wins!" I said running off.

"HEY! CHEATER!".
