This was the stupidest plan ever. Somehow they got down from the balcony. And more or less discreetly moved their 'hostage' to an empty cage in the zoo. Mina took off Marinette's bonds and sealed off the lock with her acid.
" Phase two complete," Mina said, dusting off her hands.
" What do you want villains!" Marinette spat. She glared at the three of her captors. Deku flinched a bit, it was weird being called a villain, when all his life he was training to be a hero.
" We have a simple goal," Mina said in a villainous voice. She was scary, very convincing. " We want to use you as bait to lure out Chat Noir and Ladybug, then we'll steal their Miraculouses!" She cackled evilly.
" It won't work!" Marinette screamed. " They wouldn't fall for it!"
" We'll see," Mina smirked. " King Explosion Murder! Get the camera! We're going live!"
" Don't tell me what to do!" Bakugo shouted.
...
"Welcome back to Paris News (I got no clue what it was actually called) I am Nadia Shamock coming to you live outside the Paris zoo where there is a hostage situation. Marinette Dupang Chang had been kidnapped by villains and is being held captive. The motives are still unclear but police are being careful about the situation, we hope that Ladybug and Cat Noir will show up soon—"
Adrien flicked off the TV.
" Marinette has been kidnapped! Plagg we have to save her!" Adrien said getting up from the couch.
" Fine fine, we'll rescue her, but you better be careful, and I better get extra cheese after this," Plagg groaned, zooming out of Adrien's shirt.
" Dont worry Plagg, I'll give you plenty of cheese after this, plus, we'll meet up with ladybug so it'll all be good," Adrien said with a determined look on his face.
Plagg looked a little nervous for a bit, but Adrien took no notice.
" Plagg, Claws Out!" Adrien said as he instantly transformed. " It's time to save my friend."
