I'M ALIVE, so sorry for not updating stories, finals have been kicking my ass lately but I'm gonna try and get back into the rhythm of things.

3rd person POV

Before the two could fall asleep there was a knock at the front door, followed by a loud bang. Luz was the first to jolt up and put her clothes on. Amity doing the same.

Luz looked at Amity and took in a deep breath "you stay here... I'll go see what that was." Amity quickly shook her head. "Are you fucking insane? Let me go check."

Amity started walking towards the door when Luz stepped in front of her. "No... Amity I won't let you." The witch was getting angry, all she wanted to do was protect Luz, she just got her back and... She's scared to lose her again.

Amity grabbed Luz and pushed her aside, even after all the training that the human went through she was scared to fight back and end up hurting the witch. "Amity please... Just stay here, I'll go and make sure it's safe." Amity glared at the girl and quickly left the room.

"Amity!" Luz quickly followed after the girl and stared at the person who was standing at the front door. "Hunter?" the human questioned.

"Ya, hey... Um I'm here for Amity." Luz looked at the boy standing in front of her and realized something was different. "Why? We're safe... How did you find us?" Amity turned to face Luz with a confused expression on her face.

"I told him about this place... I said that if he ever felt unsafe he could come here..." Luz looked at the girl then back at Hunter. "But you're not Hunter... Are you?"

"What do you mean? I am Hunter, and yes thank you for telling me about this place. I felt very unsafe back there." Luz nodded and smiled. "Isn't that weird... I never mentioned this place to anyone... Not even my closest friends know about this place. Now..." Luz grabbed Amity and pulled the girl behind her. "Who are you?"

Just as she said that an illusion disappeared and appeared the head of the illusion coven "you guys are awful! All of you are fired!" the coven leader said as guards appeared one by one. "We're sorry boss." said one guard. "It won't happen again, we promise." said another.

"Well it won't happen again because you are all fired!" the head looked at Amity and Luz then smirked. "Now... If you can bring me the head of Luz Noceda and the heart of Amity Blight. I may reconsider firing you all."

The guards looked at the girls, quickly lunging towards them. Luz and Amity rushed up the stairs into the room. They knew they were cornered and had to think of a plan... Fast.
