After School part 2

Gus Pov:

Matty was acting weird but i ignored it for the meantime, " So i have a question," I asked and he looked right at me with those beautiful eyes- wait beautiful? Why did i just think that?! well better talk now, " Well i was wondering if maybe you wanted to go to my house today? I mean if not that's fine." I said and showed him a sweet but awkward smile. " Um sure" He said and i looked at him and smiled, " OK we can walk to my house together after school if you want," I replied and he just nodded his head in agreement.

Luz Pov: 

I was walking in the library when i heard voices and hid to spy, i saw Mattholomule and Gus talking and smirked. I heard them talking about hanging out later and Gus linked arms with him as they started to walk away, so i took out my phone and snapped a picture to show amity, * hehe i'm so sneaky*.

Matt Pov: 

* Oh my god Gus just invited me to his house and i said yes?! wait why did I do that? Mother would be mad if i don't get home again and i don't want... It to happen again. * Gus started talking as we were walking home later and i was just looking at him silently while he was saying something about the human. " Um Matt you listening?" He asked and i looked up and him and nodded quickly and said " O-oh yeah just thinking about something ig," " Ok" he replied, and we continued to walk. We soon got to his house and we went inside, and his father greeted us, " hey Gus and Gus's friend." " Hi dad, me and Matty are going to my room." Gus said. I just stayed silent looking around his house as he brought me upstairs, and we said down on his bed. " I like your room" I said, he looked at me and turned red and i wondered if he was ok? " Thanks" He said with a smile plastered on his face.

Gus Pov:

Matty said he liked my room and i could feel my face heat up, but i don't know why maybe its a thing Luz brought from the human world, i'll ask later.  " s-so what do you want to do Matty" I asked, trying to change the subject. " Oh well i mean maybe we could work on homework for a bit?" He said and i agreed, we soon got out our homework and started to work. Matty tried to build an illusion of a castle but it turned out a little weird, so i helped him, " here," I said as i took his hand and helped him with his movement, " Annnnnnd there!" I said as he got the castle right. " Yes!" He said with a giant smile on his face. I saw it was getting late so i decided to ask him if he wanted to stay the night or not.

Matt Pov: 

Gus asked if i wanted to stay the night and the truth is i wanted to , but mother would kill me so i had to say no. " No, im sorry i really would want to but i havae things going on i have to do," I said and smiled apologetically, he looked sad but he said he understood and offered to walk me home,  but i had to decline and i said good bye and went home.
