'Jeremy did you hit your damn head or something." Fritz hissed

"I d-don't know." Jeremy snapped at him. "Your delusional." Fritz turned his head and looked at mike.

"She might not seem like it but she wouldn't hurt a fly." The old woman let out a raspy laugh.

"Did Scott find out what that  thing was?" Jeremy asked.

Mike sighed. "No." Mike sounded frustrated. "Are we gonna go out again and try to figure it out ." Jeremy sounded a little anxious and hopeful at Mike and Fritz.

"Like the hell!" Mike raised his voice. "Why not!" Jeremy raised his voice too.

"We're not doing shit till you get better no mercenary work, no growly beast, nothing!" Mike made it clear. Jeremy opened his mouth to protest but nothing came out. "He's right Jeremy." The old woman glazed at him her milky eyes were a little unsettling. "Go home and sleep and just take it easy... Its an excuse to snuggle with one of these fine men." The old women snickered and gestured to mike and fritz who just looked pissed.

The three men began walking home. It was later in the evening and not many other people were on the street. "How does a girl get that tall?" Mike laughed.

"MY GOD MIKE I SWEAR!" Fritz yelled. "Does she have a plant aesthetic?" Jeremy teased. "Stop before I pummel the shit out of both you." Fritz growled. "Well does she!?" Jeremy tried to sound honest but was still laughing. Fritz paused for a second and gave them both a glare. "....No." He said. "Okay." Mike grinned and shrugged his shoulders. "It'll be autumn  soon." Jeremy took in a long drag of the cold evening air. "Autumns always the best season. Its nice weather, no mud. Just overall nice." Mike agreed. "Ehn I still like summer more." Fritz said absently. "Gross, its so humid in the summer and even in the shade its hot as hell." Jeremy stuck out his tongue. Fritz looked around the plains and towards the mountains. "Hey maybe when Jeremy gets better we'll go wolf hunting huh?"
