"Yah I'm fine." I said, about to get up. Just then he lended out his hand. I only had to take one glance at it to see veins. Oh my Lord. Shut up Leila, you are not falling for him. I thought. I took his hand as he helped me up.
When I got up all I could see was his high cheek bones, sharp jawline, fluffy black hair, and his beautiful blue eyes. They looked like a forest. If that forest never ended. If that forest only had trees and nothing else, nothing at all.
"Thank you," I said. He nodded and walked off, as did I.

As soon as I walked in I heard the crowds of Starbucks drinkers. All of the people in line just to get a taste of a drink. Not as if I wasn't here for the exact same reason.
"Thank you have a great day!" A voice said, trying to sound cheerful, but had a depressing tone. And I knew exactly who it was.
"Hey Seth!" I exclaimed. He looked up, and from the reflection in his glasses I could see he was looking at my bright smile. I only had a smile, because Seth seems really pissed off right now. "How are you? You seem pissed off." I asked as he groaned.
"Hey Leila, it's like a lot going on in my life right now."
"You wanna talk about it?" He shook his head.
"Ok well since you asked I guess I'll tell you," he started. Seth loved being the center of attention. "You know my dog, Ariana?" I nodded. "Well she died last night." I gasped.
"Oh my God Seth I'm so sorry, are you ok?"
"Peachy! And then later that night my boyfriend, Leo texted me saying he wanted to break up with me. Lelia, I hate my life right now!" He wined.
"Bro he broke up with you over text. That's some fucked up shit right there." I said to him. "But while I'm here I need coffee."
"What kind?"
"Black. No milk. And the rest is the same as what I usually get." I said with a sigh. I never get black coffee.
"Woah! What'd you do last night? Are you sleeping with someone!?" He said with a shriek.
"Shh, and no! I stayed up all night trying to gather entail on Enzo Sinclair. I've been assigned to kill him."
"But he's never showed his face? How will you find him?" He said making my drink.
"Well yeah, but I saw him once when I was like seven," I said drawing invisible circles with my finger on the counter. "Though that was a long time ago, he was really nice to me." I smiled.
"Well you can't call the mafia nice Leila." He softly laughed. Then he got a cup and poured the drink into it, writing my name on it with a sharpie.
I thanked him, paid, and walked out.

I got to the front and walked in. As soon as I walked in I saw a crowd of people huddled in one spot.
I spotted Sofia and went up to her, tapping her shoulder. "What's going on?"
"There's this super hot new guy that they hired." I scoffed and walked into the center of the crowd.
"Let me see this for myself," I whispered to myself. In the crowd I could see a guy, tall with black hair, but he was turned around so I couldn't see his face.
Just then my boss walked in. "Guys give him some space, and get back to work! Now!" She said sternly. I then walked off not being able to see his face. "Wait Lelia!" My boss called. I turned around, and saw his face. I couldn't believe it. "I need you to give him a tour around here." She said, but I wasn't listening. I was only looking at his face. "He'll be your new partner and his names Enzo. Please don't kill him." She softly said into my ear.
I gave her a nod and walked over to him. "What a coincidence, the guy I bump into, is the same guy who's my new partner."
