Disturbed

A loud clang woke Ben up from his sleep. He looked and saw Jed approaching the cell.

"Figured you might be hungry," he said, raising his hand. In it was a red apple.

Ben got up and walked to him. "Good to see that you still care about me." He took the apple.

Jed quickly took back his hand. "I wouldn't go that far."

Ben raised an eyebrow. "You're here, aren't you?"

"Because no one else wants to be near you or that they would want to tear you to pieces. I've been tempted to let it happen."

Ben looked down. "Well, thank you. I am sorry for what I did to your friends."

"You should apologize to them."

"I would but they don't want to be near me or they'll tear me to pieces."

"You think this is funny? We're preparing to fight for our lives because you freed your father."

"To break my curse. And mistakenly, I thought of yours."

"I don't consider my gift a curse. But your father was the one who cursed you in the first place. What made you think he would take it back."

"I had to try," Ben said, defeated.

"Now look where you are."

"You know I can get past these." Ben gripped the bars.

Jed folded his arms.

"I'm only staying because of you."

Jed scoffed. "I'd like to see you try."

Ben applied pressure. The bars began to bend and break as if they were wooden. Jed unfolded his arms. The smug look quickly left his face.

"What are you doing?"

Ben continued to free himself. He stepped toward Jed. In a quick motion, he reached and grabbed his wrist. Jed attempted to yank his hand away but Ben's grip was strong. He placed his other hand on Jed's chest and pushed him back to the wall.

Ben leaned in and kissed him hard. Jed's eyes widened. He felt paralyzed. He wasn't sure if it was Ben's strength or his own submission that kept him from fighting back. Ben moved back, locking his eyes onto Jed's.

"I told you. I'm here because of you."

Jed looked him in the eyes. His blue eyes lured him in like the waves of the sea. After a moment, Jed kissed back. Their mouths mingled fiercely with each other. Ben moved from his mouth to his neck. His hand rested on the wall, while his other hand traveled from his chest down to his crotch. A gasp escaped Jed's mouth.

"Do you want me to stop?"

Jed shook his head. "No."

Ben knelt down, disappearing from his view. Jed closed his eyes, pressing hard into the wall. He felt Ben's fingers loosen his pants and tug them down.

"Jed," a voice called in the distance. "Jed!"

Jed opened his eyes. He was no longer standing but lying in his bed, covered in sheets. He looked up. Finch was standing over him.

"Damn." A rush came over Jed as he straightened up. "What is it," he said unable to hide the irritation in his voice.

"Dr. Saltzman freed Ben. They have a plan to defeat his dad."

Jed wasn't sure if he was still dreaming.

"What?"

"He wants to see all of us," she continued.

"I'll be there in a minute."

Finch eyed him. "Were you...dreaming about Ben?"

"No," he said swiftly. He felt the blood rush to his face.

"Okay," she said, backing out to the door.

Jed caught the smirk form as she turned to leave.

"I wasn't dreaming about him."

"Sure," she replied back.

Jed fell back into his pillow, rubbing his hands over his face. The memory of the dream continued to stir sensations throughout his body, especially the lower regions. Jed stared at the ceiling and sighed. Ben was free and he would have to face him. Suddenly he was looking forward to whatever Ken had in store for them.

"Great."

So this would be before Ben and Jed fight over the bag of explosives. The next part is after this.
