One week later 

It was rashmi's birthday so she invited all her friends including karan and teja at her home as she's throwing a party.

Rashmi called teja to ask if she's coming or not as when rashmi told about her birthday party teja told her that she has a busy scheduled and a meeting with balaji for upcoming series as they already selected the male lead but they still were finding female lead and they contacted her for that so the meeting was on the same day rashmi's birthday was but she still was on hold that she'll try to manage to attend her birthday, teja told she is coming but she'll be late because of the shoot and rashmi told her it's okay until she's attending her birthday that's what matters.

It was the birthday day!!!

Teja was wearing not so party clothes because she was hella tired because of all the shoots and yes she got the series she was offered for she was excited for that too but did not had the energy to celebrate it but she thought she will enjoy that moment in birthday party only.

On the other hand karan was kinda excited yes we can say he was excited but not for the birthday party but to meet teja he don't know what he was doing these days he don't know the bold karan kundrra who was approached by girls but now here he has some liking sort of thing for tejasswi in the last meeting in success party....after meeting tejasswi he can't get out of the small talk they had the small dance they did he felt something unknown he knew this was new but still he was unsure of what he was feeling.

He got ready in white tee and denim jeans with a black jacket over it and was still in his thoughts when his phone ringed and it was Vikas who was waiting for him outside his house in parking as this time karan and Vikas planned to go together at the party .

Karan Vikas and teja three of them reached at the parking of rashmi's house at the same time as tejasswi was in cab as she directly came from the meeting and her driver had some family issues going on so he could not reach out to her at that time.

Karan and Vikas get out of the car and Vikas called out loud teja and waved at her she waved back at Vikas and karan both.

Karan did the same.

Karan this time found teja a sweet pretty teen girl as she was in her casuals only , he was just thinking how she always looks so pretty in anything she wears wo bhi without makeup and his chain of thoughts was broken by rashmi who reached out to them to take them to her house from parking.

They all entered her house and there was already lots of people and all greeted...,then rashmi cut the cake feed everyone and then everyone was in there own...,dancing and enjoying when tejasswi reached out to karan who was sitting in the balcony for long time and tejasswi noticed it and was just curious if everything is okay or not so she checked and saw he was sitting alone there in his thoughts and was drinking Diet Coke

Tejasswi didn't wanted to ask because her mind was not allowing it but her heart was forcing her to ask if everything is okay or not just as a good human being

*yeah she convinced herself giving this lame excuse*

Teja " Diet Coke? "
Karan "hii"

Karan didn't knew how and why suddenly she reached out to him but he felt good that she's at least not ignoring him like she did on the shoot day .

Teja "so?"
Karan "so what? " he asked getting nothing out of the question.
Teja "I mean why are you here sitting alone when everyone is there enjoying , having fun?"

teja didn't knew why she was asking this and for what she's reaching out to karan everytime why she's so concerned if he is okay or not but still she doing all this.

*yeah yeah just being a good human you know*

Karan "oh I like to sit alone have my alone time even in crowd" said with a chuckle
Teja " that's weird why would anyone want to be alone in a crowd? " she sat on the other chair which was beside karan's chair
Karan "i know right it's weird but I don't know when I see crowd I automatically start missing my family"

karan didn't knew why he was saying this why he opening in front of a girl who he just met for like two three times and she also ignored him in the first meeting but still somewhere in corner of his heart wanted to pour what he was feeling.

Teja "ohh that's why, so call them and talk to them na"
Karan "I would have called them but this time shit sucks"
Teja "oh yeah that actually sucks , but where your family live?"
Karan "Florida, they live in Florida my mom, dad, my all three sisters, their kids, jigs all live in Florida"
Teja "what a coincidence my brother also lives in Florida , he is annoying but I miss him too" she said to lighten the atmosphere
Karan "oh that's nice, my sisters also calls me annoying, why every sister find there brother annoying ?" he said with a chuckle
Teja "because they are actually annoying"
Karan "haww that's rude" he said with his fake annoyance
Teja " haha haha....but lemme tell you one thing when you are in crowd you should enjoy the crowdy atmosphere and make memories so that when you are actually alone you can cherish them because you yourself think that when you are in a party and where you should enjoy but instead of enjoying you are sitting alone and remembering your family ik its not a bad thing but if you stop making memories then you will not have any happy moments to remember.... haina? "
Karan who was just staring and listening to her all the time find actually right what she was saying
Karan "you are right actually I got little emotional seeing how rashmi's mother doing all the things for her she's running from here and there to get the thing she wants"
Teja "aww...parents are the cutest thing in the world they do a lot for us"
Karan "I know that's why I don't force them to come here live with me because they also have there grand children their friends there and it will be selfish of me to ask them to leave everything and live with me just for the sake that I'm missing them"
Teja "I get what you are feeling right now"
Karan "you also don't live with your parents? "
Teja "no.. No.. I live with them only but when I was small little kid my dad was not with me he was in Saudi as he was doing job there for like years I didn't meet him I only had my mom and brother with me"
Karan "oh so when did you meet him?"
Teja "umm.."
Karan "no it's not compulsory to tell if you are not comfortable it's totally fine " he said as saw some moist in her eyes and thought it must be something big only
Teja "no.. No.. It's not like that okay I'll tell you, so when he was in Saudi he got a double heart attack he was almost on the death bed but then just because of God he survived and then that was the time after his surgery he came back to India and never left us, so yeah ik how it feels to stay away from your parents" she said with a small soft smile on her face and looked in karan's eyes which was already staring at him.
Karan "you are really strong" he said as he listened how she narrated the incident and saw how much she was gone through as a child.
Teja "I know right" she said holding an imaginary collar to lighten up the atmosphere because it was all emotional ,

can you imagine in someone's birthday party they both are pouring there heart out without ever knowing what they were actually doing

Karan "ahahaha.... I feel light after talking to you... Thank you for this conversation... Why don't you try your luck as a therapist" he said making a joke out of their emotional conversation
Teja "no it was exclusively for you" she said widening her eyes , continuing the joke karan passed
Karan "oh.. Then thank you for it"
Teja "oh that's totally fine" she said winking at him.
Karan "can I ask you one question?"
Teja "two... Because you already asked one"
Karan "okay baba two.. Tell me why you ignored me at the shoot? "
