Corazon's Pov (of course lol)
People are looking at me weirdly... Is something on my face?? (he doesn't know he has his makeup on) Well fuck them I guess. I soon go into a bar and sat right in front of the bartender. "Hello sir, what would you like to drink," She says politely. "hmm maybe some beer or something," I respond, passing the 5$ beli to her.
As she makes my drink, a group of pirates comes in. "AHAHA DID YOU SEE THAT WIMP? HE WAS SO WEAK SO I SHOT HIM 3 TIMES" I'm guessing the captain said. Can I take all of them? There are 5-6 people here so I have no idea. They sat right next to me when the kind bartender handed me to drink. "Here's your drink sir. Have a good time here." She smiles, and I returned. "Thank you, ma'am. I hope you have one too."
As I drank, I hear the bartender now focusing on the group of pirates. "Hello sir, what would you like to drink?" She asks. The captain stared at her for a minute before shaking her head. "Hey girl, what about this. You, come with me and the people here won't get hurt, or you decline my offer and everyone here is dead." He continues. "You see, you are very gorgeous and I can't help but make you mine." His hand slithers around her waist. She quickly pushes him away and returns to grabbing drinks.
When she pushed him away, I stifled a laugh which he noticed. "Are you laughing at me you punk?" He threatens. I stifle a laugh again. "N-no ᴾᶠᶠᵀ I was ᴴᴬᴴᴬᴴᴬ just laughing ᴸᴹᴬᴼᴼᴼ at something else..." I giggle a little. He soon started screaming at me, and I just use my devil fruit on him so I can't hear him.
"Anyways madam, do you know what year it is again? I sorta don't have a calendar..." I sweat as I lied to the pretty lady. She laughs, "Oh it's 20XX. There's also a store over there with the calendar too if you want." She points to the store across from the bar. I stand up and pack up my stuff. "Thank you, madam. I'll be heading out now."
Walking out, I see a crowd of people right in front of something. I wondered what it was so I just tapped a teenager's shoulder. "Hello boy, can you hand me one please?" I politely ask. The boy looks at me very weirdly. "Aren't you too old to comprehend what's going on? Plus take that goofy-looking makeup off, you're embarrassing yourself." He states.
I just shove him and took a newspaper.

I place the newspaper back and went back to the house I woke up from. As I enter the house, I see the mom and son waiting for me. "There you are. We were so worried.." The lady continues. "You see, we saw you passed out on the snow and we didn't want you to get cold.. So we let you rest in our bed until you woke up.. It's been 3 years since we took you in.. I was meaning to ask when did you pass out?" She asks.
"Well I was de- I mean, well I passed out in 20XX I think.." I answered. The two looked shocked at me for a minute. "Gosh, darling! You've been unconscious for 11 years! Are you ok? Should we take you to the hospital??" She panicked. Wait... the hospital... they have files on people who are alive or deceased.. that means... "Ma'am I don't think you need to it's fine..." I wave my hands. "I've been unconscious for 11 years, I think my status in my file says I'm deceased.." I mumbled the last part. I could hear the woman gasp but the son couldn't care less.
"I think being dead is cool. You can surprise attack people and even kill someone." The kid says in amazement toward me. "Darla! Don't say that to an ill man! You might scare him with your edgy thoughts!" The woman says. The kid huffs, "So what?! He might be a pirate for all I care! I want to be a pirate like daddy one day!" the kid says before stomping to their room.
The woman sighs. "I'm sorry for my.. son.. He usually isn't like this. His dad is just a sensitive topic to him." She apologizes. "It's fine ma'am, I had a kid like that one day.. He wanted to kill me, crazy right?" I laugh it out while the woman stared at me shocked. "Goodness! Did he actually try to?" I turn to her with a smile. "Yes, he tried to. But eventually, he warmed up to me and we became good buddies." I sigh, remembering the past like it was just yesterday.
"Where is the kid... now?" She asks. "He's a pirate." I continued after she gasps. "He's a pirate, but I'm a marine. So our relationship is complicated, and I didn't know he was until today. What I think I mostly fear is... his execution." I finish. The woman put a hand behind my back. "That happened to my husband. Not his execution, but his death is what happened. I don't want my child to follow his path and get killed or executed like my husband." She finished the sentence, tears falling midway. She quickly wiped it off and stood up. "That's why I'm moving to Dressrosa. It is told that there are toys for my child and it's the safest place to not get killed by pirates. I heard there is a new king too. Do you want to come with us and live there with us?" She invited pulling her hand out for me to hold it. "Sure." I smile, taking her hand.

I had a cramp so I stayed home lmao. Anyways my schedule for publishing chapters is unknown. Maybe a two-day streak or when I have to watch more one piece episodes to publish more. I do not know how this story is going to end, I'm only focusing on the action so don't be surprised if the ending is sorta bad Lmao
