Through Her Eyes

I'm tired, she said;
Of the deception and the lies.
That seem to rule this world,
Consumed, but denied.
Everything's fine, we think.
You should know negligence is a sin.
Yet, we let ourselves be lied to;
Excepting them as the easy truths.
I'm tired she said,
Of this whole world.
