There once was a man,
Who wore a stitched smile. His eyes sown shut,
And his tongue sliced clean. His hands burnt and numb,
And cloth plugging his ears. Finally, his nose broken, and closed up.
He could no longer see, smell, touch, taste or hear.Stripped of his senses, the man started to hear,
The voice a being that claimed himself as God.The man doubted this,
and wondered if he had gone insane. But the things this god seemed to tell him,
Didn't seem fake."The end is near, my clock is near done ticking,
But you shall be spared if you do my bidding""But why should I believe you?"
The man pondered, his stitches now undone."I'll free you from your numbness
Help you open your eyes with ease"The man was intrigued, so he asked for his task.
"Bring me the body of a small child""Make sure she is alive, it's as simple as that"
This entity made no sense, but he obeyed none the less. The man brought home a young girl,
"Poor girl, she will now be burdened by your curse"The man did not want the girl to grieve,
But the god insisted."Why must she suffer, like I?" He asked.
"Because I need my servant to be able to sense""Then what if I refuse?" The man asked at last.
"Then you see young lad, you will wish for the numbness""For you cannot refuse me, I will make you feel pain,
Make you scream, wishing for death""Then you are no God, you are the devil!" The man yelled,
His mouth bled, every sense now coming back.A pain worse than any hell he'd ever imagined,
Hitting him all at once."You see young'n, the devil never existed,
And you don't fuck with gods"
