Scarlett's POV:

Movie Night For The Girls, that was such a great excuse, Scarlett thought
Alan Barker, fact that she didn't even know him but it still made her feel so close to him, it felt like maybe she was falling in......no Scarlett you are not saying that. That's just making yourself a cheat. Alan is just a friend to her, just a good friend, maybe a brother. AH DARN IT, SCARLETT WHY ARE YOU SO CONFUSED.
She was just a bit away from the park when he came.
"REALLY MS LET GO, 77 MISSED CALLS, DO YOU EVEN CHECK YOUR PHONE? I HAVE BEEN CALLING YOU SINCE WHEN"
Scarlett sighed. Adrian was like that always shouting.
"Adria" He interrupted her
"Oh no Miss, who are you meeting? Did you forget you call me Addy? It's your King Addy!" Adrian jumped around.
"Well Addy, can you stop giving me jump scares like that"- Scarlett
"Oh hell no Ms Dump Me"- Adrian
"Excuse me? Did you just call me Ms. Dump Me? Addy you are dead."- Scarlett
"Well why shall I not call you that? Huh? Who was that Black Haired Idiot with you."- Adrian
"Black Haired ....." it took Scarlett some time to realise, "Oh my god Addy, are you really calling Alan that?"
"He has a name? Well idiots who try to steal my girl don't deserve being given a name"- Adrian
"Addy can you please not"- Scarlett
"Well then you explain, who is he huh? I saw you talking to him in school, after school and in park! Oh how romantic to cheat right. So romantic that you even forgot to talk to your OWN BOYFRIEND!"- Adrian
"Can you just shut up. Alan is just a friend okay! And if you are so worried about this then why don't you explain what was Jane and Olivia doing in recess? Well Mr Adrian, why don't you tell me first."- Scarlett told him angrily
"I- Scarlett....please"- Adrian
"Listen Addy am not in a good mood,please let me go now"- Scarlett
"Hey Letty, am sorry trust me it was...."- Adrian went on but Scarlett had already started walking
"How one person can just ruin your entire mood.." She whispered to herself
......but is Alan really just a good friend? Sure it felt different with him, even Addy never made her feel like that. What was wrong with her.....

Back At Home

Scarlett had finally changed and sat on her bed. Things were really confusing.
*zzz, zzz*
"Who's texting me now..." - Scarlett
She opened the phone
Adrian- hey really sorry for the mess I created back there. you know am overly possessive about you, and you uh I guess you remember the date, so it's really not a happy day for me. and seeing you with that crow there just made my blood boil, ik its very stupid of me to do so, please forgive me okay? also trust me Jane and Olivia were there just to make my mood better, I was sad about the day and well I guess you know why and all. just know that my heart is overly beating for you Letty :)

What an excuse giver. Scarlett thought

Scarlett- It's okay, I was messed up myself. Had to take a break from everything.
Adrian- Just make sure that the crow is not near you.
Scarlett- Addy, shut up and go to sleep.
Adrian- Olivia and Jane might be coming over you know...so you sure you don't want me busy on my phone and you really want me off security?
Scarlett- Addy, please am already tired, do whatever just give me some sleep time.
Adrian- Kay I'll enjoy, bye bye Letty ;)
Scarlett- 🙄
Adrian- 😍😍

Scarlett just came out of that chat. Such a bigmouth.

*zzz, zzz*
"OH GODS PLS NOT AGAIN!"- Scarlett scream to herself
*zzz,zzz*
"OK FINE!"- Scarlett finally opened her phone again

Alan: 2 texts.

"Al." - Scarlett quickly opened her texts

Alan- hey hope that I didn't wake you up
Just asking if you reached home properly

Scarlett- Al, really it's 11pm, isn't it too late to ask if I have reached home properly?
Alan- Uh, sorry, the boys got me occupied with the games, and I thought you would be busy with your movie night

Scarlett had almost forgot that excuse.

Scarlett- Well to answer your question Mr. Unexceptional, yes I have reached home nice and safe and I had an awesome movie night
Alan- hey come on now! Think of a better nickname your Majesty :)
Scarlett- okay dumbass, what nickname do you want
Alan- ......Mr. Unexceptional is certainly better than dumbass
Scarlett- good :)
Alan- what a Hitler you are.....
Scarlett- oh you haven't met me yet Barker
Alan- well tomorrow it's Domino's Day with the boys and girls, let's meet tomorrow
Scarlett- sounds like a plan
Alan- damn am yawning right now, see ya tmrw Scar, gn🥱🥱
Scarlett- really? You sleep this early?
Alan- come on it was a tiring day
Scarlett- alright good night sleeping beauty:)
Alan- aww see you think am a beauty, well good night Nightingale :)
Scarlett- sleep.🙂
Alan- of course your Majesty.

Scarlett sighed. This was so perfect with Alan. He was the best friend she could have asked for. Was it really true that she was falling for him....no she wasn't a cheat, she was not cheating on Addy.
But....can it be true? Was it really that Alan......

Hey guys, hope you like this part, tried to spice up things because it was getting slightly boring. And here we glimpses of Scarlett's imagination too. Let's see if she chose Addy or she really falls for Alan. Head over Heels.
