Innocent Donnel

Zeora would be walking around the forest trying to find her way out when she spotted the Sheppards camp. She would hear all the Lady Emmeryn jokes/puns Lucina is making filling the camp with laughter. Zeora would snicker at some of the ones being said ,before saying softly "I feel horrible. She was the best and kindest Exalt afterall." She would frown feeling shame for finding the jokes funny. By then she would have taken a break from walking near the camp.

The peace was disrupted with a loud cry from Lissa as she heard every joke only to bring horrible memories back to her. At that time Chrom would also have returned to camp to check on his Sheppards only to say "Lucina you're grounded" as he pointed to Lucina' s tent. "NEXT PERSON TO JOKE ABOUT EMMERYN WILL FALL TO MY BLADE" Chrom would be holding out Falchion and pointing at everyone at the camp. Once everyone understood he put away his blade and walked to his tent.

Just then a innocent boy with a pot over his head would look confused and speak his mind "Why are people gettin' mad over lady Emmeryn jokes? If I died I would like to be remembered in a funny way." He would let out a innocent smile.

Zeora' s eyes widen in horror knowing if Chrom had heard this no doubt there would be hell to pay. She would quickly stuff a crepe in his mouth still hiding in the shade as she whispered "hush sir. Lord Chrom has just gotten his sister back and being reminded of their short loss is scarring". She would stay hidden facepalming a bit.

Donnel would look confused but before he can speak Chrom indeed did hear donnel' s opinion. "How courageous of you to volunteer" Chrom would be beside Donnel no doubt with fiery eyes hiding behind the shade his hair is creating.

Donnel felt uneasy and bowed saying "excuse my idiotness lord Chrom" Donnel would shut his eyes hoping the lord would forgive him for not thinking his words through.

"For this you shall be put in the front lines Donnel."with that Chrom once again retreated but this time to check on Lucina and Lissa.

Donnel would let out a sigh and start making signs. He would hold one up asking others to join the frontlines with him. Though to no success everyone ignored the signs where as Zeora responded with one.

"I do not wish to provoke Lord Chrom any further" the sign said

Donnel would then put up another saying "Join me...Please...I'll get killed."

Zeora only put up another sign saying "I will meet up with Henry to come up with Donnel jokes."

With that poor Donnel wrote out his last sign saying "tell miss Lissa I used her staff for fishing"

Chrom and Lissa saw the sign. Chrom tried not to laugh but smirked instead covering his mouth. Lissa's fists were balled up as she yelled "DONNEL YOU LITTLE--!"

With that Donnel left a messy sign saying "gotta skedaddle!" As he ran away trying to hide from the angry cleric jumping into a barrel.

Zeora would only laugh quietly to herself  finding the boy named Donnel funny and innocent. She would pack her things and begin to head out avoiding being spotted. Thinking back to how fun the Sheppards were she left the place smiling.
