Zeora would be heading to the next town just near the exit of the forest. She would be humming softly smiling to herself. Putting on the hood part of her cape she'd pass by drunken townsmen. She almost slipped by when a on duty guard would notice her.

"Hey little lady. You shouldn't be traveling alone. It's not safe." The guard would study her body language as she would be tensed and scared. "Where you do come from?" At this time the drunken townsmen would exchange glances at each other determined to see how the person under the hood looked like.

She would nod softly first agreeing to the not traveling alone comment then spoke up confidently " I came from Plegia by foot taking the forest shortcut sir." She would take a deep breath trying to calm down. The guard would nod and returned back to patrolling the town. She would continue to walk until one of the men pulled her wrist tightly making her let out a painful cry.

"I wonder how pretty you are little lady" he would pull back her hood revealing her tricolored hair and mismatched color eyes. He would look at her in shock. "Yous...-hic- hideouss! How could plegiaas accept thissss!" He would tighten his grip more making her let out more painful cries and shows her to the others.

"N-no! You're wrong! My physical appearance does not matter! It surely is better than being a beat old drunk" she spat as she grabbed her wind tome with one hand and used it to make the man let go sending him flying. She realized what she has done as her eyes widen in horror. She quickly put away her tome.

The other drunkards would look at her in horror with fear written all over their faces. "She's an anima mage! But she attacks like a sorceress run before she hexes us!!" All but the unconscious drunkard run away calling for guards. They all quickly gathered around her.

"N-no I swear I didn't mean too! I was harassed first" she would show them the bruised arm holding back tears pleading with her eyes. "Please you have to believe me!" She'd broken down a bit continuing her pleading for forgiveness.

"Enough! Get away from our village! We don't tolerate people who attack others for no reason. For all we know you could've gotten hurt on your way over. Plegia is the same if you're still around" The guards would create a path to the entrance / exit of the village ready to strike if she chose to fight.

She would never dare hurt anyone...to be compared to the old plegian soldiers left her broken inside. "Please I'm not like the soldiers before the war! You must believe me!" She couldn't hold back the tears much longer. But she gasped when a brute guard would grab both of her arms dragging her out of the village. With that they closed every gate leaving her alone. She would run back to the forest until reaching a area she didn't discover before. A quiet area with grass in the center surrounded by flowers.

She'd walk to the center and drop to her knees crying. She knew the hardships she'd face being a citizen of the misunderstood Plegians. Though the pain was more than what she had imagined. As she saw her reflection in a nearby puddle she'd bring the old back up. The appearance she hated so much and the tarnish reputation her country didn't deserve made her hate herself more...She lied down in that field wrapping herself in the cape the elder gave her crying herself to sleep.
