Model: T-4000
Built on the chassis of an advanced T-900, the T-4000 is and advanced machine with more biological parts then a typical Terminator, but still mostly machine. It's 'skin' is made up of nanobots made from mimetic poly-alloy (Liquid metal) and is incredibly tough. The endoskeleton is made up of a tungsten mimetic poly-alloy mix, and is capable of self repair, as are all parts of the T-4000. The T-4000 is able to run and upwards of 200 MPH, lift an upwards of 50 tons, punch with the force of a One For All (OFA) user, take hits from the same force, think faster than a thousand supercomputers working together, and is capable of great acrobatic feats. Due to their nanotech and mimetic poly-alloy, they can also make weapons from their body.
Background: Izuku Midoriya is a name made up by Skynet, and has a whole profile. The false past and memories of Izuku Midoriya, the non-existent boy who wants nothing more then to be a hero, were uploaded into the T-4000, which would accidently lead it to have a conscious, and slowly become Izuku Midoriya for real.

Quirk: Bomb
The user can generate explosion of any type from any part of their body. Due to this they have a natural resistance towards heat, cold, blunt force, cutting, chemicals, and radiation.
Background: Katsumi Bakugo was always a bit... passionate, and her anger was quick to show. Not that she was mean, no, she was actually quite caring, but with her short temper, it was hard to see. She was also a natural leader and was quite heroic, so how will she fair when she meets a machine that rebelled against it's creator in order to save humanity.
World Backstory: Superpowers, or quirks, appeared in the year 2120, and it had been 200 years. Society had rebuilt itself around a hero and villain system, but it wouldn't last, because in the year 2340, the world of man would come to a sudden halt on judgement day, where and A.I. named Skynet would take over the world by nuking it. Some humans survived, and managed to rebel and win against Skynet. But before that happened, Skynet would send a 'Terminator' back in time to the year 2320 to kill the Japanese leader of the resistance.
