CHAPTER 14 – FRIENDLY DINNER
"Chat." I speak, my voice low, wanting to let my viewers know that I don't want any shit in chat right now.
As I browse through the trending hashtags that involved me, chat was spamming a bunch of questions, tags, assumptions about stuff with me and Corpse. My mods are being active and timing out those who are constantly spamming or just being too far right now.
My nerves are still just... not great, so I appreciate this feeling of protection from my moderators and to some of the viewers that are trying to calm others.
"Alright, I've seen it chat." I say.
My screen is shared to my stream, my Twitter is up, Corpse's tweet is shown.
It was a picture, which I would assume is his new cover for the song that he's working on, me being tagged means that he really does plan to get me on with him. The longer I stare at the picture, the more I feel excitement replace my nervous wreck of a body.
Just then, a donation came in.
"What do you think?"
I smirk.
"Thanks for the twelve, Corpse Husband. I sent you a response." I smile, knowing that I did reply to his tweet the moment I saw it while on stream.
I love the photo.
What more ways to express this feeling, but with a black heart to Corpse.
"Corpse, do you have anything to say about this? Because I have an idea, and if it's what I think this is– I already love it!" I say, looking out for his response anywhere in chat. Just then he redeems some wink points– the points you earn while chilling with me on stream –and highlights his message.
"Give me a second, I'll get something ready for you. Oh! Okay, okay, I can wait– we got a few more whole hours!" I giggled. Noting to myself that I do actually still have a few more hours to go with my twelve hour stream.
While Corpse does his thing, I pan my attention back to my chat. A donation came through, "Hi, I just passed by and I wanted to ask if you're a VTuber? Ah, thank you for the five, MaximousMenace23 and welcome to the stream! To answer your question, no, I am not a Virtual YouTuber or Streamer, I just have my avatar there." I giggle after. I've had a similar question before, asking if I was a VTuber, because I have a my icon or avatar on screen for a few of my streams.
But, I'm not one, I just put my avatar there, so people would know it's my stream or just something for chat to look at. I don't mind doing minimal rigging, maybe just voice rigs, however, that means I need to alter a few poses for my avatar.
