We curled up in his awfully small bed. His hand ran through my hair as I stared at the moonlight waving through the gap in his curtains. It was such a small, high window. I really don't understand how he could live practically underground!
Although I could still see the golden stars in the deep, purple sky. They were stunning. I loved watching them sparkle and dance across the sky. It always felt better when I was held by someone.. Even if it was Hyun.
His big hands held me close, half my face was buried in his bare chest. The man was fast asleep before I even had chance to blink. I stayed close to him, my eyes refusing to close whilst another person was on my mind.
I don't get why joining the RFA only made this feeling worse. Is it because we were friends now? What's going to happen when she sees me at the party? Will she be mad I didn't say anything?
I reached precariously for my phone, holding the bright screen close to my face. I stared into the empty chatroom, and just at that moment...
~Jaehee Kang has entered the chatroom!~
Jaehee: Ah! MC! You're here
MC: What are you doing up so late, Jaehee?
Jaehee: I was just taking a break from work..
Do you think it's too late for coffee?
I'll make myself tea instead..
MC: Jaehee.. You really should get some sleep!
Jaehee: Of course. I will soon.
I just need to finish the presentation.
Thank you for your concern, MC.
It's strange.. How I feel more comfortable around you..
Oh! I have to be going!
Get some rest, MC.
I can't wait to see you at the party this weekend.
~Jaehee Kang has left the chatroom..~
MC: Jaehee..
Good night.
~MC has left the chatroom...~

I lay there, staring at the black screen of my phone. The warmth of The pale haired man sending me off to sleep. My worry didn't leave for long.. It came in rushes, waves that practically drowned me. Everyday was the same. Wave upon Wave of worry flooding my every thought. I was drowning in feelings I couldn't understand.

My eyes shot open to a large warm lump releasing me. I turned to see the handsome man I had spent the night with, sat beside me. His back turned to my tired body. The thin strip of sunlight that wafted through his curtains lit up the room. His long, white hair was like a milky waterfall, lit by glittery, golden rays.
"Good morning.." I muttered, my mind still trapped on the workload of my good friend.
Good friend...
His head swung around, giving me a careful smile. "Good morning. Did I wake you?" His voice was much huskier this early in the morning.. It was rather wonderful..
"It's fine, don't worry.." I sat up, my hair was like a frizzy bird's nest. My fringe drowned my eyes. I pushed it back as I rubbed my face, sleep falling from the corners of my eyes.
He slowly rose from the bed, hopping to his crutch leaning against the dresser. I had to admit he was a good looking man.. He was like a moving sculpture not a human.
I followed his lead, hopping out of bed. I grabbed my crappy plastic bag of clothes swiftly. I dragged myself to the bathroom. It was the smallest room in the house. I could hardly move in there, I have no idea how such a tall man can live in such a tiny place!
I began to dress myself with care, buttoning up my work clothes with haste. I'm very glad I was prepared this time!
I slipped my arms through my blazer, adjusting it carefully. It slowly sank in that I had forgotten my makeup once again. I groaned in annoyance as I did my best with the drying eyeliner from my pocket. It was practically done. My lips were coated in that same cherry colour I had taken from my car. It was a gorgeous colour, but I hated how I kept forgetting my makeup. I was sick of the sight of it by now.
I stepped out of the room, rushing to the door. Hyun grabbed my hand as I swung open the door. I stared up at him.
His eyes were like rubies.. They glistened perfectly with the golden glow from his living room.
The tall man leant down, pecking my lips with the greatest of care. "Have a good day at work, my dear.~" His voice sent shivers down my spine. My hair stood on end as his head rose back up with his body.
"Of course." I flashed a smile as I made my way out of the building.
I couldn't tell you why I was in such a rush.. It's not as though I disliked him.. Nor was I running late.
My heels clacked against the road as I practically ran to my car. The small little thing sat waiting beneath a street light. I hopped in, the early morning sun had already began to make the inside boil.
Without hesitation I set off, the sky slowly fading to blue. I carefully pulled up outside the tall building, the car park much emptier than usual. I'm early?
