I called up Nancy the next day. Now that I told her what I saw, she might be able to see the portal. It's been a few weeks since the last sleepover, so my mom shouldn't get suspicious. When the voice called again, it said Nancy's name too. I didn't need to wake Nancy up this time. Now she was guaranteed to see the portal. There was a different quote this time. Hint #2 Use deception and lies to fool the unwise. "The unwise? Does this mean Ra?" Asked Nancy. "I wouldn't think so, Ra seemed to know everything about me." I looked around. No sign of Ra anywhere, but I did see some other people in animal masks. One with a Crocodile head, one with a Lion head, one with a Coyote, and one with a Hawk! I rushed over to the place where they were gathered in front of a bonfire. "Hey!" Called Nancy. The Hawk-headed guy looked over at me. "Son!" He said cheerfully. Then he suddenly turned serious. "We need to talk," He said. Nancy finally caught up. "Daughter!" The Lion headed one said. "We need to talk." I was pulled away by Ra. "Did you open that umbrella inside?" He interrogated. I didn't really know what to say. But then, I remembered the quote. Use deception and lies to fool the unwise. "No, maybe it was Horus, (the sky god) Trying to upstage you." Ra looked taken aback. "That could have happened." He said. Then he went over to the god in the falcon mask. Nancy came over to me. "What happened?" I asked. "Sekhmet's my mother."
