Here we go, new book, old names, old plot, and since i made the plot years ago, i can make secrets and foreshadowing.

(I wrote most of this at 1am, it's probably shitty, i apologize for anything that seems poorly written or repeated lines)

Yes I know all the I's aren't capitalized, it annoys the fuck out of me but I wasn't noticing it until around chapter two. We both have to suffer now.

(Y/n) POV~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Flour, milk, eggs...no, I forgot to buy eggs. Shit...I can just get them later on, its not like the world depends on pancakes for the next week. I have the more essential things down, that's all that matters...well, all that matters is my umbrella, if it weren't for a little gut feeling, I'd be soaking wet by now, I just wish i had a legitimate umbrella, and not some cheap tiny one with a dog on it...why put extra fabric for dog ears? Its not useful at all.

"Its july, why is it so cold...?"
I mutter, stirring up the muddy water under me as I make my way home. my jacket isn't thick enough for this weather...at least I have a jacket on in the first place.

The move wasn't bad, and the neighbors aren't so bad either, but the fact that this neighborhood is so far out that it takes twenty minutes to walk to the store is what pisses me off...I should've taken my car, but for some reason I decided fresh air would be good...im glad that i still brought my umbrella.

The sky is dark, the rain is making the view foggy, and the streetlights barely show the ground, yet I can see all my neighbors and all the people walking around, for a town with little to do, there's always a lot of people coming and going.

"Hey, you, have you happened to see this guy, dark red-ish hair, big ego? Kinda...lanky?"
A quiet, child-like voice calls, I curiously turn my head to the voice.

A little kid, in an extremely big jacket, is talking to Miss Taliber, a neighbor across the street...not the kindest one either. The kid is getting soaked in the rain, why are they out here?

"Kid, i don't know why you're out in the damn rain, but im telling you now to get your ass back home before you catch your death."
She hisses, before walking off, the kid stares in her direction.

"bitch."
They scoff.

I stop staring at the scene and decide to keep going, it'll only get colder as it gets darker, if im not home by then, I'll have the worst cold in history.

"Hey...hey! dog ears!"
A kid whispers...is that me? The dog ears on the umbrella? I turn for a second, ready to look at the kid and probably feel bad that he's in the rain and im dry. Even though I knew he'd be staring, i feel like all my blood goes ice cold when i see him.

The kid is looking at me, staring me down, but He's wearing some kind of mask, i didn't notice it from the angle I saw him at. his eyes look so...creepy, its like a little serial killer from a movie, he isn't budging from his stance.

"Hey....you can help me, right?"
He mumbles.

"I...cant help you. Sorry, kid."
I mumble, slowly backing up farther.

"But it'll only take a second, i promise...!"
He pleads, walking towards me, he takes a couple steps for every step I take back.

"I have to get home...right now. Im sorry."
I say, before turning and rushing back down the sidewalk, putting the distance I had from him back in-between us.

"Wait...!"
He calls out, although still quietly, I don't listen though...something about him, it just sends a chill down my spine.

I feel bad, for not helping him, but everything about that felt the start of a horror movie, one where some person feels bad for just a second and invites some kind of vengeful demon in their house...and me being the person who just moved into the neighborhood, I'd be the main victim in a horror movie.
