"Everything is normal right doctor ?" Kartik asked nervously,  when the Doctor came out from the inside cabin after checking hiss wife

"Yes Everything is perfectly fine , but today I'm going to prescribe some multivitamins medicine and an iron syrup , because she is slightly anemic so it will helped her " doctor Sheetal said writing down on the paper in while naira came out from the chamber with the help of nurse

Seeing her came out Kartik rushed towards her and hold her both shoulders from side

Doctor smiled seeing his care
"So Mr goenka , how much excited you're to welcome a new member " Sheetal asked

"I'm so happy that I'm going to he father soon , this feeling is just blessed for me and I can't thank enough her and God " Kartik said and looked at naira who also smiled at him

"She was very excited last day , when she came here to confirm the pregnancy with your brother " Sheetal said taking glances of both of them

"Ya and my brother is also very excited than us " Kartik said

"Good " She finished the writing and intertwined her fingers with each other keeping them on the table

"What about her hormonal changes ?" Sheetal asked Seriously and both the husband and wife looked at each other then at doctor

"Mr goenka,  Mrs goenka , why are you guys shying , it's general, tell me , may be I can suggest you " Sheetal

"Doctor , to be honest,  I think her hormones level are changing,  she sometimes gets to horny and sometimes too irritating" Kartik said and naira lowered her eyes

"It's normal,  and I would like to suggest you to take care of her need , chahe hi vo physical ho ya mental ya phir bhiik ki aur se " Sheetal

"Bhook to vaise bhi use khas kuch lagta nhi " Kartik said and naira pinched his palm

Doctor again smiled then continued
"It's okay , I prescribed some multivitamins don't worry,  but about her physical needs , is time period mein aoki sabse badi zinmedari hai unhe khus rakhna , vo kisse khus ho rahi hai kisse dukhi ho rahi hai uspe dhyan rakhna , not to do the same things which irritate her , jo sab hai unke sath make them assure , it's not any disease its a beautiful period of every couples life and also the family " Sheetal said and they both nodded

"After some months there will be some problems in pregnancy and don't be panick about it , it's normal , like constipation,  oedema , hypertension,  , but be aware about the gastrointestinal diabetes melitus during pregnancy,  most of the woman revert to normal glucose tolerance after delivery but in some cases they're not , so aware about this , and cravings,  you've to do everything to keep her calm and fulfill her cravings,  it's your duty right " Sheetal

"Yes offcourse , but not only mine it's my family's duty to keep her happy , as she is going to give us a very precious life " Kartik said taking naira's left hand on his lap

"Good " Sheetal said and fixed her glass, "and one more thing , the most important thing you can say " Sheetal said while bith of them looked at each other than at doctor

"You both can continue your sex life till 5th or 6th months " She said with a paused

Kartik and naira's eyes got widened hearing the bold words but adjusted themselves
