"To batao kaisi hai sab kuch ? Tum khush ho na ?" Naira and Zoya were left for park  roaming on the ground

"Sab thik hai di , I'm happy with him " Zoya said caressing her belly bump

"They all are good right ? And taking care of you and the baby " naira asked with a smile

"Hmm they all are so good , you know di , jab se sabko pta chala hai baby ke bareme pta chala hai na koi mujhe akela chodhta hi nhi hai   , just because I'm pregnant mere nanad ke engagement delay kardiya taki mujhe ya baby ko koi paresani na ho , they all are so good di so so so good " Zoya said and naira started thinking

Her family didn't canceled veer engagement,  infact they fixed the date more near just because she was pregnant,  no one came to meet her though she denied but if they loved her they would surely not listened to her

She wiped her tears and hugged Zoya happily
She is happy for her sister

"Chalo ghar chalte hai Zoya,  I'm not feeling well " naira said and helped her to get up from the bench

"Chalia" Zoya said

"Let's go then I'll make Pine-apple punch cup cake for you " naira said excitedly

"What ? No no di my mother-in-law said me about some foods which should be avoided in pregnancy and Pine-apple is one of them . You know its leads to miscarriage,  even just a bite is harmful for the baby " Zoya said

Naira mind went blank at that time , she can't believe what she heard what's happened with her

"Kya... Kya kaha tumne ? Pine-apple leads to mis.. miscarriage? Are you su...sure Zoya?" Her eyes brimming with tears

"Di kya hua?? Ap thik to hai na ??" Zoya asked

"Batao Zoya is it true ? " She asked raising her voice

"Ha didi it's true " Zoya said

"Bhabi" She whispered and everything became dark In front of her eyes

When naira opened her eyes after almost two hours , she found herself on her room bed , kartik was beside her , holding her hand tightly and veer was behind kartik , holding Kartik's shoulder to make him console

"Ka...kartik " naira tried to get up but her body didn't let her do

Kartik raised his face "Wait let me help you " Kartik helped her to sit properly on the bed , resting her back on the headboard

"I'm going to call everyone" veer said and left after glancing at naira

"Why you scared me all time naira?, don't you love me ? Or don't you know ki main kutna dar jata hu tumhe aise dekhkar " Kartik asked wrapping his hand around her frame

"I'm... I'm sorry kartik , bas kuch pta chala jo unexpected tha " naira said holding kartik's hand which were cupping her cheeks

Kartik stopped kissing her face and looked at her confusingly

"Us din tumhe Pine-apple cup cake kisne di thi ?, mujhe dene ke liye ?? Batao kartik ?"
