This is really happening, finally, I'm officially on tour with Only the poets. When Kieren told me he suggested me as opening act I almost fainted, never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined actually playing my songs in front of a crowd. I'll admit, I wasn't familiar with their songs. I had met their bassist Andy once a couple months back, after Kieren brought him to the pub the two of us went to every week. We didn't really click right away in all honesty, Kieren almost had to break us up after a heated debate over who was the best band, the 1975 or Arctic Monkeys. Deciding that we should be on better terms, K invited both of us to his place for dinner and drinks. By the time the first bottle of red was emptied, the both of us bonded over cracking jokes about Kierens 'smurf phase' as we like to call his blue buzzcut era. After that, it was like our little fight never happened.

"Alright, now that everyone is here I think it's time for a proper introduction since we have a new face with us here. I'm Sam, I am the manager of the band." he says while pushing up his glasses. I look at the man who just introduced himself, he has short, dark, curly hair and deep brown eyes. In a weird way, he kind of reminds me of my brother.

A bleach blonde man raises his hand and awkwardly waves at me. "Hi, I'm Marcus, I'm the drummer, nice to meet ya!" Smiling back at him I return his awkward wave and tell him it's nice to meet him too.

Clem extends his hand to me and smirks, from the corner of my eye, I can see Kieren stifling a laugh. "Hi I'm Clem, I'm the guitarist and for the record, first impressions aren't really my strong suit either." he winks and just like the first time, my cheeks immediately heat up.

"And the rest you've already met if I'm correct." Sam looks around and then gestures for me to introduce myself.

"Hi everyone, I'm Jade. I'm 24-years-old and I'm from Guildford. For those of you that don't know, I'm Jordans' younger sister. Thank you guys so much for bringing me along for what I'm sure will be an amazing tour."

"Are we done now?" The blonde who I believe is called Tom stands up from the couch and aims for the door before being stopped by Sam. "Don't you wanna introduce yourself?" Sam asks with a stern look on his face.

"If she doesn't know who I am, she shouldn't be on this bus, I'm the leadsinger for fucks sake. Without me there wouldn't even be a band!" Tommy hisses and storms out of the room.

"Soo... what's his deal?" I look around to see if someone can fill me in on what's going on. "Please don't mind him, He can be a bit of dick sometimes but I promise once you get to know him, he's a good person." Clem sends an apologetic smile my way and adds that Tommy has had a rough couple of months. I wonder what could turn a person so bitter and make a vow to myself to find out.
